What Is Precision Cutting (VS Hand Cutting And Machine Cutting)?

This video explores different types of nomenclature for gem cutting quality and how it varies in different parts of the world. One thing I forgot to mention is that sometimes "precision cut" implies faceted girdles in the case of mast machine cut stones which is another reason why I don't like to use the term. Also I don't talk about "competitio" cutting" because this video is only talking about cutting for the jewelry trade and competition cutting is done with different standards and different time constraints that usually have little to do with the jewelry industry.
