Billionaire Bruce Wayne is sitting in the study of Wayne Manor.
He is reading his favorite book.
Suddenly the Bat-Signal appears.
There's trouble in Gotham City and the police need Batman's help.
Bruce enters his underground headquarters, the Bat-Cave.
He is secretly Batman.
Bruce changes into the Caped Crusader.
The Bat-Computer shows trouble at Arkham Asylum.
Arkham Asylum is a special hospital for criminals to get the treatment they need.
It is also where Batman's most dangerous foes are being held.
The Batmobile zooms silently through the streets and reaches its destination in mere minutes.
Commissioner Gordon and the police are at the building.
They have bad news.
The inmates have taken over the asylum.
I'm going in to stop them.
Greetings from Arkham Asylum.
These birds have flown the coop.
The Joker is the leader of the riot.
He has freed his fellow felons and they are running wild down the halls.
Dr. Arkham, the head of the hospital, and his staff are hiding safely in his office.
Meanwhile, Batman quickly sneaks into the asylum through an air vent.
Then he springs into action.
This madness ends now.
Ah, it's the Caped Creep.
That kook belongs in the cooler with us.
There's a bat in my velfrey.
The Joker sprays Batman with his trick flower.
Let's stop and smell the roses.
Mr. Freeze blasts Batman with his freeze ray.
Chill out.
The Penguin and Scarecrow shoot toxic gas at Batman.
Just relax and take a deep breath.
The criminals corner the Caped Crusader.
He backs up and is caught in the crushing clutches of Killer Croc.
Is the pressure getting to you?
The scaly scoundrel squeezes Batman in a big bear hug.
Lights out for you.
Killer Croc is strong, but Batman is fast.
He breaks free and throws Killer Croc into the fuse box.
It sizzles and sparks, plunging the room into darkness.
In the dark, the villains blindly bump and thump into each other.
Batman snaps on his infrared goggles and can instantly see.
He watches the Joker reach into his pocket and strike a match.
The frightened foe is in for a big surprise.
Where are you, Batman?
Boo.
In an instant, Batman pounces.
The Joker and his criminal crew have no idea what just hit them.
By the time the generator lights turn on, Batman's work is finished.
The fallen foes lie in a heap at his feet.
Together, Batman and the police put the inmates back in their cells.
Dr. Arkham apologizes for the breakout.
Our security is no match for these madmen.
We'll see about that.
The next day, there is a special event outside the asylum.
Reporters and photographers arrive to cover the story.
