Batman. Harley Quinn's heists. Ever since the Joker was locked up in Arkham Asylum,
Harley Quinn had been sad and lonely. She decided a crime spree would make her feel better.
And so, she set off to put the perfect prank in motion.
A joke a day keeps the gloom away.
First, Harley needed to find new partners in crime.
She called her best friends, Catwoman and Poison Ivy, and told them her plan.
Soon enough, the terrible trio was tearing down the streets in Harley's clown car.
The three thieves split up. Catwoman stole from a famous jewelry store.
Ivy robbed the Gotham City Museum of Art. Harley Quinn snatched a ton of sweets and treats.
At Wayne Manor, Bruce Wayne was in the study with his son, Damien.
Suddenly, the Bat-Signal lit the sky.
Look, there's trouble in the city. To the Bat-Cave.
Inside the secret Bat-Cave, they changed into Batman and Robin, the dynamic duo.
Batman and Robin zoomed down the city streets in the Batmobile.
The heroes spotted Harley Quinn and her gang speeding away.
It's the Bat!
And the Brat!
If they want to play, we'll play.
Harley Quinn pulled a lever. A huge boxing glove sprang out of the clown car's trunk.
This old gag is a real hit!
The glove punched the Batmobile, making it swerve and crash into a smelly,
overflowing dumpster.
The heroes climbed out of the mess.
They're going to get away!
I don't think so.
Batman found another way to follow the foes.
With rocket-powered jetpacks, he and Robin blasted into the air.
I've got tricks of my own.
In the meantime, Harley and her gal pals went to the Gotham City Library.
The kooky clowns stole a priceless joke book.
I'll be checking this book out.
Forever!
Nearby, someone watched the crooks escape.
It was Barbara Gordon, the police commissioner's daughter.
Barbara entered an empty storage room and changed into her secret identity.
Batgirl.
Then she followed the criminals.
Harley Quinn, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy arrived at their new hideout.
It was Ivy's greenhouse.
Let's put down roots over here.
Life of crime sure is sweet.
Talk about teamwork.
The three thieves threw a party to enjoy their ill-gotten gains.
In a flash, the dynamic duo burst into the greenhouse.
You did not invite us, so we crashed!
This is a private party!
No boys allowed!
Poison Ivy commanded her pet Venus Flytrap to attack.
It wrapped its thorny vines tightly around the heroes.
The monstrous mutant lifted Batman and Robin into the air.
They dangled over its hungry mouth, full of sharp, slimy teeth.
You two are all tied up!
And soon to be plant food!
Do you mind if I cut in?
Suddenly, Batgirl entered on a bat cycle and rushed to the rescue.
She hurled her batarangs at the dynamic duo.
Their razor-sharp edges sliced the vicious vines.
Batman and Robin were free.
The villains tried to escape, but Batman, Robin, and Batgirl quickly flung their bat ropes
and snared the fleeing foes.
Look who's tied up now!
I guess the joke's on us!
Boo!
Moments later, the police arrived.
Commissioner Gordon thanked the heroes.
You saved the day again!
You ruined the perfect prank!
The crafty crooks were taken to Arkham Asylum,
and the stolen items were sent back to where they belong.
Thanks to the combined forces of Batman, Robin, and Batgirl,
Gotham City was safe once again.
