Hello! On a summer day that's nearly 40 degrees, taking a bite of an ice-cold bread is truly refreshing. Friends who have tried it all gave excellent feedback. To keep the bread soft even when stored in the refrigerator, I used two types of sourdough starters. This time I made three flavors. The video is a bit long, so please watch it patiently to the end.
