The villa is being sold unfurnished via auction from June 30 to July 2, 2026, with bidding starting at 5.5 million euros.
Welcome to one of the Mediterranean's most sought-after beachfront locations,
the prestigious area of Vignette Sitges. Located just 25 kilometers from Barcelona Airport,
this villa offers the feel and intimacy of Mediterranean old-town living, but with the
elegance, vibrancy and sophistication of luxury lifestyle. This area is famous for its wide-lined
tree avenues and elegant lifestyle, that laid-back feeling, but with close proximity to Sitges,
it gives you that connection to local life, restaurants, bars, cafes on your doorstep,
but far enough away that you have that privacy if you want it. Also, you've got the old town
just a little bit further on, which gives you a host of culture and reference to what this place
used to be like. Looking around, you can see that you have a beautiful, eclectic mix of different
styles of villas. Even just here, the villa that we're looking at, and then a very modern,
contemporary one next door, and then something which is a bit Balinesian in style, would we say?
You're directly opposite the beach as well, which I was lucky enough this morning to actually go out,
have a stand-up paddleboard, go for a swim in the morning, and we have had so many people
running and cycling and rollerbladers coming down. It's a real hustle and bustle of a community
atmosphere that you have in this area. Not to mention, it's breathtakingly beautiful,
and the fact that you wake up to this every single day is really quite special.
Now, I could stand here all day, but you guys really want to see what this place has got to
So let's take a bit of a look inside the villa. Now, you can already see that it has a great
presence from outside, and yes, it's a villa, but for me, it does have that feel and resemblance of
a nice, modern townhouse. Now, you've got gated entrance. By the way, you can even set this so it
can facial-recognize different people coming in. How clever is that? As you come in through the
gates, you're welcomed into this garden area, but it has incredible functionality to it. Something
that this villa really does well is that small attention to detail. These birds are amazing.
All you can hear is these chirps and see these beautiful flying, swooping birds all the time.
You really can't help but relax when you're here. Anyway, let's imagine that you've been out for
your swim, your stand-up paddle board in the morning, and you want to wash off all that salty
sea. Well, you've got an outdoor shower right here, and they've been really clever in the fact
that they've got specific drains that you can use to wash away all of the sand so it doesn't actually
go on your walkway. You've got an incredible amount of bike storage, which they've thought
of because this cover actually comes over the top, so if it was going to be incredibly hot,
you could protect your bikes, or if the weather was going to be a bit bad and there was some rain,
you could cover your bikes over and then lift it back out the way. This area at the front,
you might think, why have they got some kind of storage out the front? Well, if you wanted to put
wetsuits, body boards, if you've got scuba gear or anything like that, all of that could live in
and around here. Or you could use this area, like I did this morning, to wash down your kit
afterwards because it does have a specific drain down there to, again, wash all that sand away so
you don't muck up your wonderful walkway. Now, before we carry on with the tour, this villa
is actually up for auction. Prices are starting from 5.5 million euros. Now, the bidding starts
on the 30th of June 2026 at 4pm local time and runs through to the 2nd of July 2026 4pm local time.
If you are interested, then the contact form will be in the description box. Now, enough about
potentially owning this amazing villa, let's finish exploring this front garden. Have you seen
the manicured trees that you've got in this front garden as well? I mean, how old, for a start,
is this tree? But how beautifully crafted is it? They're like little lollipops. Also, you've got
wonderful storage for all of your stand-up paddle boards. Now, all of the storage was designed
specifically so it can kind of cope with the elements. So, if you are going to be putting
salty boards back up here, you've got this stainless steel. All of the drains, again,
run around this area. You've got water points to wash down everything. But let's be honest,
this is all fantastic. It's wonderful having the beach. We love the beach, but what if you're not
a sand fan? What if you like lying by the pool? Don't worry, we've got you covered. I'll give you
a sneak peek because just down here, you can actually see your private pool that you have
with built-in jacuzzi in the actual pool itself. How good is that? I mean, it's just phenomenal.
There's a lot of other small details that come into the property as well. They've got CCTV
cameras all around to ensure that you are comfortable and protected and have the security
that you want. They've also got externally Wi-Fi boosters so you never lose Wi-Fi signal wherever
you are in the property. And I know you can already see just behind me, there's a nice
outdoor terrace here. We're going to show you all of that. But to be honest, we have to start
at the beginning. So, let's take a look through that front door. What a beautiful grand entrance.
I love the steps lined with these wonderful plants. I love this small kind of atrium that
you have when you come in. Nice for being able to kick off your shoes so you don't take them
into the rest. Intercom system here as well, so if you were going to have deliveries coming or
anything. And you've also got capabilities throughout the entire villa to be able to
control the intercom system thanks to the touchscreen panels. But come with me. As you
walk through your atrium, you've got an abundance of natural light that floods in,
casting these beautiful shadows that you catch from the trees and the foliage. It feels nice
and light and airy, very welcoming and open as well. That use of so much glass allowing you to
see the views all the time. And then you've got a secondary door that takes you into the actual
property itself. Now, when you come into the property, stairway straight leading up to the
bedrooms. To the left-hand side, that's where you've got the main living room. And then a
corridor that takes you round towards the kitchen. What we're going to do is start with the living
room. Now, you instantly get an idea and an understanding of what this villa is going to
be like. Just look at the size of this living room. Look at the size of that corner sofa and
just check out this chair and footstool. I mean, that is just something crazy. I think it's bigger
than some beds that we've seen. Now, obviously, there is a lot that we can talk around in this
room because you do have wired in surround sound throughout the entire villa. And all of that is
actually controlled from just under here. So, you can see you've actually got all of the inner
workings. They've really thought about the functionality. So, if you did want to have this
as a bit of a party house, it's absolutely perfect for that. Even chilling out in here,
watching a movie on that enormous TV that you've got, looking out at the wonderful views. Now,
I know you've had a little bit of a glimpse of this formal dining room behind me through this
beautiful large archway, which really opens out this space because you can imagine having a lot
of people in here. But before we go and explore there, I want to take you around just to see
what this room really offers. These little glimpses out towards the pool and the fact that all of
these windows are sliding open is quite handy. So, in case you need to shout out at the kids
to stop splashing around, or you need to take the drinks order for everyone,
it's just perfect. But this is my favourite part. The fact that this room breaks down those
barriers between the inside and the outside. The fact that you can get rid of, even though they
are very small obstructions of those views, but it takes you to that wonderful seafront terrace.
We've all heard the phrase that location is key when looking for a property. Well, this place
really does tick those boxes. Breathtaking panoramic sea views, direct access to the beach,
set in a prestigious, incredibly sought after area. Fantastic access to vibrant bars, cafes,
restaurants, shops, and even schools. Tremendous travel connections to Barcelona, Mainland Spain,
Europe, and the UK. This really is a true Mediterranean lifestyle without having that
compromise of rural living. Now, we've spoken about the location, we've started to have a
look at the inside, but let's be honest, if you were living here, you're going to be spending
most of your time outside. So, let's go and take an explore of those areas. So, something that you
see throughout the entire property is this use of travertine. Now, outside you have what's called
tumbled travertine, which is a slightly rougher feel, and then inside you have what's called
home travertine, which is that smooth finish, but both keep everything incredibly cool.
And speaking of cool, check out this. Although, you won't actually be that cool because this is
a heated pool. So, even if you were going to be coming out here in those winter months,
you can still dive into the pool. You've also got, at the push of a button, I can start up
the warming jacuzzi that you have built into this end of the pool. That's right. Just you wait.
There they are. So, if you wanted to have a bubble bath, if you wanted the ultimate party,
this is definitely going to be the place for you. Now, I know what you're thinking. Okay,
I've been playing around in the pool, but now I'm going to have to go in the house and I'm
all dripping wet. Well, don't worry because they've thought of that as well, because just
off the side, you do have a little changing area. So, everything is covered, but there is a little
bit more that we need to explore, which is going to be further down the back, because we have an
outdoor kitchen area and we've even got a gym included. Now, we're kind of choosing to walk
through a garden area that we've got now, and you can see really well established trees all around
the property. A nice open bit of grass, maybe for the kids to play or for the dog to run around.
But how fantastic would it be coming out here, whipping up a nice barbecue, additional space
for a huge big party? And is it just me or does this kind of remind you of like a traditional
well that you might have? I quite like that. But look at this, you've got your own private gym,
which is open-sided, so a nice natural airflow flowing through to keep you nice and cool while
you're working off all your paella that you've had. This is the perfect addition to any home.
Plus, if you've got those early risers, this keeps them out of the way. Now, come and look at this,
because you've got masses of space for parking here, and you've also got an electric gate,
which is another entrance to the property, because you do have tremendous transport links to Barcelona.
And if you are thinking about this kind of becoming a bit of a work hub base for you,
Barcelona has become one of those sought-after places for industry professionals and networking.
So this is a prime location, with it only being 40 kilometers away and the airport being only 25
kilometers away. Now, speaking of driving, you do have a double garage down here as well, so ample
space for you to be able to store your cars or maybe even leave a car here if this is going to
be used as a second property. Speaking of using this as a second home, that might suggest that
you might throw a couple of parties or have a fair few friends around. Well, you've got ample space
out here for a big gathering or plenty of people to be able to park their cars, but you've also got
loads of bike storage here as well. And check this out, you've even got a couple of kind of
Bali-style swings underneath. So even if you wanted to sit out here in the morning,
have a little swing or even, dare I say it, a cheeky little afternoon nap, this might be quite
a cool little spot. But let me take you inside the garages, because there's actually another way that
we can take you upstairs, and it's just through here. Oh, just before we head upstairs, just along
this corridor where the pool shower is, there's the first of eight bedrooms, which is ideal for a
live-in nanny or staff that you might have here throughout the year. But let's take the lift up
one floor. Now coming out onto the ground floor, to the right-hand side you've got the kitchen,
straight in front of you the dining room, and then to the left you've got a downstairs toilet. So let's
start in the kitchen. Now the kitchen is normally the kind of hub of a house, but this one is a
little bit more functional. Still fantastic, you've got wonderfully integrated appliances, you've got
a wonderful cooker top with a huge burner on there for making a great big bowl of paella, but also
plenty of counter space if you were prepping for a party or something. You can also get access to
two terraces, one near the pool and the other on the opposite side of the house. Now with this being
an eight-bedroom house, you might want a little bit of separation if you have got kids here. So for
me, this would be perfect for them for breakfast or for dinner, to keep them away from the adults.
You've also got direct access from the front of the property, so good to bring your shopping in.
But let's take a look at the other one, which is where we want our breakfast. Now this is our
breakfast terrace. Something I really like and I've been taken with, is the architecture that
they've gone with on all of these terraces and balconies. These balustrades are really
beautifully done because they actually focus on this traditional vase shape, which is classical
Spanish architecture, and it actually dates back to the Renaissance. Now something that I never
ever get tired of, is the constant different viewpoints that you get. Whether you're overlooking
some of the gardens, overlooking the pool, or even just those little glimpses of that beautiful sea.
Now there's one more room that we've got to take a look at downstairs, and that's going to be the
formal dining room. So let's go. Now if you were looking to purchase this property, it does come
unfurnished, however that could be arranged through a separate negotiation. But let's just imagine
that you did have this as a blank canvas. Take a look at the inspiration they give you in this
dining room. An enormous glass table seated for 14 people. A great big light fixture hanging from
the center. Imagine putting your own style onto this place. But also take a moment just to have
a look at that beautiful cornicing all the way around the room, which is a feature throughout
the villa. Now speaking of the villa, we've still got some more exploring to do. So let me take you.
Now as you make your way around the corridor, you do have a handy downstairs WC, and then
the next real area is to go upstairs and start exploring those bedrooms. So on the first floor
you've got two bedrooms, one being the primary suite and the other being set out as a twin bedroom.
Nice big space for a piece of artwork, but let's check out that primary suite first of all.
Details have been really important throughout this entire build, that being another one of them.
A sliding pocket door so those doors don't encroach into this enormous primary suite. Now on either
side of the bedroom you've got triple wardrobes, so ample space for all of your clothes. And just
check out the size of this bed. I mean this takes lounging to a whole new level. I think you could
fit about seven of us in there. But this bedroom, the reason you love it, the main thing that you
want is the view. And you have beautiful beachfront views directly from your bed, overlooking that
wonderful promenade. Stepping out onto your own private terrace balcony, with the sound of those
waves, there is nothing better to go to sleep to and nothing better to wake up to in the morning.
I mean just look at those views, absolute perfection. And if you look just over my
shoulder, you can actually see the centre of Sitges itself. And if you look just where the
island sticks itself out, that's actually the old town too. You can't ask for a better view,
it's the only place in the villa where you get to see that. But that is just something special.
Now I could quite happily stand out here all day long, but there is a lot more villa that we still
need to see. Now the ensuite for this primary suite is just like the actual bedroom, enormous.
So come with me and take a look at this, because you have twin sinks with this really unique kind
of wraparound piece of glass, huge great big mirror, and toilet and bidet. But not only a toilet
and a bidet, they have their own room to themselves. That's a room inside a room. But come with me
because there's even more. Have a look at the double-ended jacuzzi bathtub, very nice, maybe for a
romantic evening in. But then check out this, the biggest walk-in shower I think I've seen,
but with the tiniest little tiles, and they absolutely look fantastic. But check out how
many shower heads you actually have. So we've got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven,
eight, if we include the shower hose. I mean, this is just like being in a spa. Now I did mention that
if you were interested in purchasing this villa, it does come unfurnished. So I want to give you
a little bit of inspiration as to what this could potentially look like. Let's imagine a slightly
more dark colour palette. Let's imagine a less contemporary look. Let's imagine
warming the room up slightly and taking a different stance on the styling.
So let's take a look across the hall at that twin room that's also on this level.
So there's some additional storage space here, the lift access as well, just in case you didn't
want to take the stairs. And as you can see, this room has been set out as a twin, which would be
great if you've got friends, families coming around with kids or kids have got friends coming
to stay over. You do have an en suite in here as well, which is quite a modern, contemporary
styled en suite. So very nice. A little bit of an office set up so you could even potentially
transform this entire space into an office if you wanted to. And what does an office need?
Its own private terrace. Imagine stepping out of your office for a little break between calls,
onto this terrace, overlooking your rear gardens. And it's actually a really good point. If you are
thinking of this as a second base or even a relocation base, but you still need good work
access to Spain, Europe or even the UK, London is only a two hour flight away. Right, let's go and
check out the next floor up, the second floor. Something that's quite nice about this particular
villa is the the kind of blend of nods to traditional Spanish styling, yet it does feel
very much like a modern townhouse, which I quite like. Here on the second floor, we've actually got
four bedrooms, two at the front of the property with sea views, both kind of mirror images of each
other, and then two at the back of the property, one set out as a twin and one set out as a double.
So let's take a look at this first one. This room is very light, very sleek, very minimal,
but very clean in its aesthetics. Big functional double wardrobes just behind the door. Nice double
bed with a lot of space around the outside. Beautiful views overlooking that beachfront,
of course. Integrated speaker system that we spoke about earlier, that's in here as well. And
you do have an ensuite shower room, which has got this almost marble styled checkerboard floor,
and this quite unique sort of moulded, almost melted sink that's got these
pen flecks underneath the glass. Something quite unique, and a walk-in shower around the corner.
So let's go back to the idea of using this villa as a rental property, because it does have that
license already in place. I could really see this room becoming that high-end luxury hotel feel,
maybe with floor-to-ceiling headboards, some hanging pendant lights, and let's freshen up
the colour of the bed. So let's go and take a look at the other bedroom that's on the front
of the property. So as you can see, this room is very similar to the one next door. Maybe a little
bit more tranquil in vibes, with the kind of Buddha paintings up at the back. Still got those
beautiful sea views from here as well. But the ensuite in this room still has a checkerboard
style, but much more retro in styling. So this one really makes me think back to kind of 1950s,
1960s American diner style. That big pop of bold colour, this quite unique pattern of black, white,
and red dotted tiles in that enormous walk-in shower. So definitely a very unique option for
the ensuites in this villa. So I think in this bedroom we need to draw inspiration from that
and the vibrant nature and culture that we have here in Sitges. So let's think big,
bold, bright colours. Let's think quirky furniture. And we've got eight bedrooms,
so why not make this one the fun one? Now the two bedrooms that we have at the back of the villa are
the smallest of the bedrooms in the entire villa. However, they do still have ample storage space,
so big wardrobes, nice big sizable double bed, natural light coming in. They don't have an
ensuite, but they do have easy access to a communal bathroom. There is a door actually
directly outside this room, which leads onto a balcony here at the back of the property.
The communal bathroom is just here on the other side of this divider. Nice pale blue in styling
that you've got. And then the final room which has been set out as a twin. This is how this room
has been laid out, but you could see it would happily work as a double. You do have a sliding
door which leads out onto that balcony, so let's check it out. Something I really like about all
of these balconies and terraces in the villa are how they each have their own unique viewpoints,
giving you something different to look at, something different to explore. This one,
yes, has a bit of a look over the pool, but you've also got a wonderful look with those huge
enormous palm trees in the foreground, that beautiful turquoise blue water. And there's
something really quite special about everyone in the villa being able to access one of these
balconies to really appreciate small pockets of intimate time, coffee to yourself, or maybe a
I mean, how could you want anything more? We have one more bedroom and one more floor that we still
have to see. Just before we actually head on up to the top floor, the attic or the penthouse suite,
I just want to draw your attention to the fact that each level has its air conditioning controls
which are all nicely built into the ceiling, so you don't have any unsightly boxes. You've also
got your thermostat controls and all of the controls for the intercom system, so if you were
the only person in the property and you needed to let someone in, you can do that from whatever floor
you're on. So now we're in the attic suite, and this has got to be, I think, one of my favourite
rooms in the entire villa. I really like the interesting way that they've used this support
column, but they've turned it into all of the actual cupboard and wardrobe storage. I love the
fact that you have this nice kind of low chilled seating vibe, little Bali-esque feel that you've got
and most of all, one of my favourite things is if you were lying in this bed, which
is a generously sized bed, you could literally just have an unobstructed view of the sea
blending into that horizon. You'd even miss the tops of the palm trees. Just crack open that
window a little bit, hear the sea rolling in, and you've got your own private oasis, your little bit
of tranquility at the top of the villa. I really like that. Now with this being the attic suite,
you're not going to want to have to run downstairs every time that you need to nip to the toilet, so
they have even thought of that as well, and I really like this quite unique sink basin that
you've got carved out of this piece of natural material, texturized in colours, very different
to anything we've seen in the rest of the villa, but nice to keep you all contained up here to
Well, that's it. The tour's all over. You've seen the location, you've seen inside the pool,
the gym, the amazing views. What did you think? Let us know in the comments, and don't forget
this place is going up for auction, which starts on the 30th of June, 2026, 4pm local time. If
