Easy beef stir fry recipe

Ingredients

Prep
Sping onions
1 Onion
Chopped garlic

Meat marinade
250g beef
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
0.5-1 tb baking soda
2-3 tbsp Cornstarch
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil

Stir fry
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp chopped garlic
1-2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1-2 tsp Black pepper
1-2 tsp Sesame oil
serving for 2 people
