Black bear seen roaming in parts of Chester County

A black bear has been spotted multiple times in parts of Chester County, including on a homeowner's porch in East Goshen.

Video shared from the area shows the animal wandering onto a residential porch.

In Willistown, Michael Brooks said he first noticed something unusual when bird feeders at his home were knocked over.
