As a business owner, manager, or entrepreneur, you know that time is one of your most valuable resources. Unfortunately, many business processes are bogged down by repetitive tasks that eat up hours of your day. Want to get clients using cold email?
š„ Business ⢠Marketing ⢠AI ⢠Automation ⢠Cybersecurity ⢠Online Growth
Let's talk about ChatGBT and in this section, I'm going to welcome and introduce you to ChatGBT.
Now ChatGBT is a language-based artificial intelligence model.
What that means is that when you interact with ChatGBT, you're using language to communicate with it
and it communicates back through language.
And this means that by using language, it's able to interpret what you're trying to say
and what you're trying to get across.
If you've ever seen Iron Man and how Iron Man talks to his suit
or if you've used Siri or Alexa, it's very much in the same line.
The ChatGBT model is based on years of research and crawling the internet to get information about certain subjects
and also it's able to access its own information and give out a thoughtful response.
Now it's one of those powerful platforms to help streamline tasks,
to help do repetitive tasks that are probably more fit for a robot
because as a human, the most important thing is to be able to create and to shift around
and to be able to think outside of the box.
Now once you're able to do all of that, you're going to be able to cut a lot of time
because ChatGBT is going to be able to do all the repetitive things for you
so that you can get down to doing the most important stuff.
In a way, when you are running a ChatGBT model, consider yourself like the CEO of a company.
And then as the CEO, your job is to help delegate and help the machines that you're working with
to understand what goals you need done and to help set it straight.
Now the benefit of that to a business owner is immense because now for the first time in forever,
you're able to do the jobs of multiple people just by using ChatGBT.
So that's why the future is looking like AI is going to be a big factor in growing the economy.
But that's something else. In this class, we're only going to talk about how to use ChatGBT.
There are many different applications for ChatGBT to use within a business
and we're going to learn all the ins and outs and tools that are a must use
as you're using ChatGBT within your business.
Now as you're going through this course, you're probably going to learn techniques and different prompts
that are also very effective that are based on your style.
So when you talk and you communicate with ChatGBT,
you'll start finding that you have a certain language, a certain way of wording things that you like to use.
And as you're doing that more, you're going to get more fluid and fluent in speaking to an AI.
So let's get started and dig into the important sections of our class,
which is learning how to use ChatGBT and optimizing your business using it.
Basically, to get started, you go and look for ChatGBT on Google, any search engine.
This is the site and then you'll end up here.
Now all you have to do here is just sign up and then after that, log in.
Very straightforward, very easy to do. I won't bore you with the details.
So let's jump into what you see after you log in.
So once you log in, you'll get this screen and the link is chat.openai.
So once you're logged in, you have this.
Now this gives you basically your starting point to do anything you want.
Now the beauty of ChatGBT is that it is essentially a Siri or an Alexa,
but through the internet and much smarter.
So we could go and ask it,
Hi ChatGBT, how are you doing today?
And then it'll give you an answer.
This is just one of the simple questions.
ChatGBT gets extremely complicated and can dig deep for information as well.
So for another example, let's type in,
we'll do, Hi ChatGBT, can you describe the top five business practices
an entrepreneur should have in their business?
So we'll run it and then we'll give it some time and it'll come up with something.
Now the limitation is how far your prompting goes.
So a lot of people can do very simple prompts such as these
and maybe for marketing, they'll just ask a super simple things.
Now the way that you take this further is by being more direct and to the point.
So as you see here, this is very generic.
This is just five business practices for,
and this is for any type of business,
but maybe you're a certain type of business.
Maybe you're an SEO business.
So now we can go in and re-edit that to be more of an SEO business.
So, Hi ChatGBT, can you describe five top business practices
of a SEO agency?
And the thing is, ChatGBT is actually pretty smart too,
so you don't even have to say search engine optimization agency.
You can just put SEO and then it'll understand.
Alright, so as we see here, it gives you a list of five.
So, understanding clients' needs, conducting thorough keyword research,
providing on-page optimization, building high-quality backlinks,
measuring and reporting results.
These are all things that you can do to optimize SEO.
So, someone could just stop here and this could be an article,
but if you want to take the next step further and actually use these,
you can use ChatGBT as well.
So, the first one is kind of generic and it doesn't need complicated searches
and whatnot.
Let's go to the second one.
So, conducting thorough keyword research.
So, keyword research is important for SEO because that's how
someone's website is placed.
Now, we can do the keyword research on ChatGBT as well.
So, actually, as I've been doing these examples,
I've been talking to ChatGBT, but you don't have to say
Hi ChatGBT every time.
So, you can actually just say, explain briefly how I can do
keyword research for a certain subject.
So, maybe a client comes to you and talks about influencer marketing.
So, now it gives you a bit more specific examples,
but it's still not quite there.
So, how do you get even deeper with this?
To use some of their suggestions and dive in deeper.
So, we'll prompt ChatGBT, maybe look for long-tail keywords.
Okay, so let's go, can you describe long-tail keywords
that would fit into an influencer marketing SEO plan?
So, now it's giving some examples, but these aren't the best examples.
So, we're going to have to edit this a bit.
See how this is kind of all over the place?
The more specific we can get, the better.
So, we'll have to change that.
Please make it focus on an article about influencer marketing.
There you go.
So, now we're being more specific and really funneling it down
to be just about influencer marketing.
So, this will start off with benefits of influencer marketing
and the impact of influencer marketing on consumer behavior.
See more influencer marketing stuff.
And these are all influencer marketing.
So, now we're really in depth.
We're not just looking at influencer marketing from a brief far away.
This is actually how influencer marketers are searched up.
And then from here, you can dig even deeper as well.
So, this one, for example, is the do's and don'ts
of influencer marketing etiquette.
So, maybe you can ask,
what are the do's and don'ts of influencer marketing etiquette?
Please write me an article.
So, now it's going to start writing me an article
on the do's and don'ts of influencer marketing.
Now, what you can do with this is create a page
on your influencer marketing website that you're trying to promote with SEO.
And then you'll have this article be generated.
And then you can optimize it for the certain words
that you want it to optimize for.
So, what we're going to have here, optimize for the phrase,
do's and don'ts of influencer marketing etiquette.
So, we'll stop generating that.
Optimize SEO for the phrase,
do's and don'ts of influencer marketing etiquette.
So, here's a short little article.
And typically for an article, I would like something longer.
But as you can see here,
it does optimize for the do's and don'ts of influencer marketing,
do's and don'ts of influencer marketing.
Please make it longer and around 500 words at least.
And then now we can even prompt it to have the length
be lengthened to around 500 words.
And then you'll start seeing that the article is generating.
So, here's our article.
And it's optimized for the word that we gave it,
do's and don'ts of influencer marketing.
And it's really long so that it looks like a legitimate real article.
And that's how you get started with ChatGBT.
The value is in what you prompted.
And that's gonna set you ahead from everybody else
that has access to the tool.
We're gonna talk about how to generate the text
for your landing page.
So, we're gonna go with this prompt.
Create landing page copy for our product
that is persuasive, informative, and friendly.
Make it easy to understand and in the tone
for the demographic that you're targeting.
So, with our example,
we've been using the video editing agency.
So, I'm gonna be switching this with
please create a landing page copy
for our local business video editing agency
that is persuasive, informative, and friendly.
Make it easy to understand and in the tone
for business owners.
Now, this is going to be a very targeted example
of where this demographic would be.
So, I'm gonna target specifically business owners
in San Diego or the Southern California region
between the ages of 30 to 55
who are interested in health foods
and active lifestyle and electric bikes.
Well, electric bikes probably doesn't work.
Let's go with vacation rentals.
So, now it's gonna come up with this landing page
that targets this group of people.
And the reason why I came up with this
is because there's a certain crowd
that these people wear brands like Patagonia
and a lot of the outdoors brands
in like North County San Diego.
So, I was thinking of them in particular.
Now, it does help to have an image
of who this demographic person looks like.
That way you can be as specific as possible
when you're writing out this prompt.
Now, we're gonna let this prompt load
and we're gonna see what it comes up with.
Okay, so here's what it generated
or here's what we generated.
Welcome to our local video editing agency.
We are your go-to experts for creating compelling
and professional videos that will help your business
stand out from the competition.
Now, first, this sentence sounds great.
We can use this for sure.
Now, I've noticed that once it starts going on a bit more
is when it starts getting a bit strange.
So, we're gonna have to do a bit of editing
but this is a good structure to start with.
This is the skeleton for you to build your foundation off of
or to build your foundation on would be a better phrase.
So, the next one is, at our agency,
we understand the importance of conveying
your brand's message through engaging video content.
With our team of skilled editors,
we work to ensure that your videos
accurately reflect your brand's personality and values.
Now, this is still pretty alright.
This just describes what the agency does.
The next paragraph is where I thought
there was a bit of weird sounding to it.
So, this one goes and says,
our focus on health and wellness
perfectly aligns with the interests of San Diego
and Southern California business owners
between the ages of 30 to 55
who share our passion for an active lifestyle
and healthy eating.
We know how to create videos that resonate
with your target audience.
We know how to create videos
that resonate with your target audience
and we take pride in delivering
high quality work that exceeds your expectations.
Now, this is pretty good
outside of the fact that it says
the interests of San Diego
and Southern California business owners
between the ages of 30 to 55
who share our passion.
This just seems like it's generated.
So, what we're going to do is
we're going to take this and put it back into ChatGBT
and ask it for some suggestions.
Okay, so now we're getting closer.
We just asked ChatGBT
to come up with a list of personal events
or interests that resonate with San Diego
and Southern California business owners
between the ages of 30 to 55
who share our passion for an active lifestyle
and healthy eating.
So, it came up with a list that
essentially highlighted these people
and what they do.
So, here is marathons, triathlons, and cycling races.
This is probably the perfect crowd.
It's like people in that demographic.
There's also hiking, surfing, paddle boarders,
yoga and meditation retreats,
community-supported agriculture programs.
Like, if you look through all these examples,
these are things that are available
in that specific area that I personally know.
Now, how you apply this to your situation is
you also use this prompt,
come up with a list of personal events or interests
that resonate with,
and then here is where you will add in
as many specific details as you can
about your particular target audience.
Where they're from, what they're interested in,
their age, what things they've done,
what they're involved in,
what their job is, what their career is.
It really helps to have a certain image
of what that client looks like
because that way you can come up with
the right words that target them
with the help of ChatGBT.
So, ChatGBT came up with this list
that I thought was very helpful.
Now, we're going to go back to that paragraph
and even the next few,
and then we're going to replace it
by targeting one of these more specific groups of people.
So, we're going to go back and borrow the same prompt,
or at least the beginning of it,
and then we'll edit it.
So, here it is again.
Now for the product.
So, now I added the video editing services
that is persuasive, informative, and friendly,
and then I also gave it the
and also make the text targeted
to local businesses that promote sustainability
and eco-friendliness,
which is the suggestion that it gave here.
Now, you can also use the other examples as well
because it does help to get as targeted as possible,
but I thought this would be the most on-point targeting.
So, we're going to generate
and see what it comes up with.
Now, since we already liked
what this first two sentences was
from our first generation,
we could also keep that,
but now we have the option of a new one.
So, depending on which one you like more,
if you want to put more work on your table,
then you can just go with the first one,
but I always like to keep my options open.
So, now that we're going in
and looking at this body paragraph,
you start noticing that it includes
a lot of eco-friendliness in it,
maybe too much so,
but let's go through and read it
and then we'll see if it's too much.
So, it starts off by saying,
welcome to our video editing services.
We're dedicated to helping local businesses like yours
promote sustainability and eco-friendliness
through compelling and professional videos.
Now, that's good so far.
We've gone, at our agency,
we understand that your commitment
to sustainability and eco-friendliness
is more than just a business strategy.
It's a core value
to what you want to communicate to your customers.
That's why we take the time
to listen to your needs
and create videos
that accurately reflect
your brand's personality and values.
Now, I want to highlight how good this is written.
This writes it in a way
that captures the attention
of your audience right away.
It mentions being sustainable
and eco-friendly
and that it's more than just a business strategy,
saying that it understands
that this business understands
what the audience feels
and it says it's a core value
that wants to be communicated.
So, this is something
that is taken into account
when working with clients.
So, the next one says,
with our team of skilled editors,
we work to ensure
that your videos engage
and inspire your audience
while staying true
to your mission
of promoting sustainability
and eco-friendliness.
Our focus on these values
perfectly aligns
with the interests of San Diego
and Southern California business owners
who share our passion
for protecting the environment
and making a positive impact
on the community.
Now, you notice
that it uses a couple
strong elements here.
It says that it's sticking
to the business's mission
so they don't have
to worry about that.
This agency understands them
and the focus of these values
is very much in line
with the business owners
in that area,
in San Diego
and also surrounding
Southern California business.
So, maybe Orange County even
or Los Angeles.
There's a lot of people
who are eco-friendly
and also like sustainability
and especially people
who live by the beaches.
So, remember if you recall,
they mentioned an example
with stand-up paddle boarding people,
ocean people.
So, it definitely knew
how to find the right people
through the examples.
Now, the next paragraph
is we specialize
in creating videos
for businesses
that promote sustainability
and eco-friendliness
such as green energy companies,
organic farms,
eco-friendly products,
and sustainable tourism.
What you want to look for here
is that it's bringing up
examples and these examples
are related to that industry
and it's not repetitive.
Again, it mentions the team
has the expertise
to communicate the message
of this brand.
If you feel it's too long,
you can even delete this
because I thought
it was already mentioned
in the beginning paragraphs.
But basically,
you see that our body paragraphs
have been very much targeted
towards a certain audience.
And then finally,
it's going to end here.
Our friendly and collaborative approach
makes the video editing process
easy and enjoyable.
We work closely with you
to ensure that your videos
reflect your brand's vision and goals.
Now, you can even end there
if you want,
short and compact.
Just delete this part
but we'll keep reading
just to see what else it added.
Plus, our competitive pricing
means that you don't have
to break the bank
to get the high-quality videos
your business deserves.
Ready to take your business
to the next level
with professional videos
that promote sustainability
and eco-friendliness?
Contact us today
to learn more about our services
and how we can help you
achieve your goals.
Now, I think personally,
this is just padding
to make it look longer.
For me,
I think it's optional
but it does look professional
and it does sound very good.
So, if you're struggling
with being a copywriter
on this level,
maybe it's best to keep it in.
And so, this is
how to generate the copywriting
for your body
and landing page.
So, this is the prompt
to look for
when you're generating
the copy for your landing page.
So, to summarize,
this is the prompt
that we used
and then as it generated
our copy for the landing page,
we started to see
that it's a bit general.
So, we went and came up
with another list
using this other prompt
on ChatGBT as well
to find targeted examples
and then using
that targeted example,
we rewrote the paragraphs
that were in the body
of our copy
and then we get
our final product.
Now, some of these
take a bit of crafting
to get to
but refer to
how we dug deeper
and yours is going
to come out good as well.
This one's important
because we're going
to put SEO into
the content
that we're generating.
So, with this prompt,
we're going to ask
ChatGBT
to generate a list
of 10 long tail keywords
for search engine optimization.
Suggest how we can
incorporate the 10
long tail keywords
to blank our product
or service
into our content strategy.
So, I'm going to use
that same example
of the video editing service
that's local.
So, we're going to go
generate a list
of 10 long tail keywords
for SEO.
Suggest how we can
incorporate the 10
long tail keywords
to our video editing
business slash agency
in San Diego
into our content strategy.
So, I added San Diego
because it would give it
the extra bit of targeting,
more specificness.
So, when you are,
so, you know,
when it comes up
with these long tail keywords,
it's a lot more specific
since it is a local
video editing service.
It'll come up with places
and words that are
more local targeted.
So, you can see here
like professional video,
professional video editing
services in San Diego,
affordable video editing
agency in San Diego.
These are words that
people would search up
on their, you know,
like Google or Bing
and you can see it here
being used in examples.
Like, you can see this
as maybe an Instagram
description like the top
of it or a whole blog post
or a Twitter thread.
So, it also gives you
suggestions on how
you can incorporate
these keywords into
the next level too.
So, like where would
you put it?
So, here you can use
for titles of your
blog post or article
to help with SEO.
The second suggestion
is to create content
that targets a specific
long tail keyword.
So, their example was
wedding video editing
in San Diego to reach
a niche audience.
This essentially is saying
that like if you want
to target this wedding
video editing service,
you need to come up
with a couple different
ideas that are
a layer deeper.
So, here is where you
can ask ChatGBT
for some help.
So, you can ask maybe.
So, here I came up
with a prompt.
Hey ChatGBT, please
come up with a list
of desert wedding videos
in Joshua Tree,
which is a city
next to San Diego,
which is where there's
a lot of weddings,
niche weddings.
So, I got down
a bit more niche.
I add the desert wedding
in a certain area
and then video editing
topics that would be
important to a soon
to be bride.
Now, soon to be bride
is I was thinking
about what target
demographic am I going
for and a soon to be
bride should be perfect.
So, I'll prompt it
and then let's give it
a little bit of time
so that it generates
something.
So, now it generated
a list of topics
to talk about
and here you can see
this one, the first
suggestion talking about
the natural beauty
of Joshua Tree's
landscape, which
Joshua Tree is known
for its landscape,
its desert,
its specific trees.
So, people come here
for this specific
type of aesthetic.
So, it's actually
this first idea,
really good.
The second one,
capturing the unique
light and colors
of a desert wedding.
Great, this sounds
like something that a
soon to be bride would
be interested in so
that they can choose
the right type of
decor that matches
the colors and the
lighting in a certain
location.
And then the next
one is incorporating
shots of a couple's
personal touches
and DIY elements
into the video.
So, maybe this
couple likes a
certain type of
font that they use
a lot, a certain
genre of music
that they enjoy
listening to, that
maybe they want to
incorporate some
elements of that
music's culture into
this wedding.
But you see what I'm
getting at is that
these are topics that
would be niche and
related to that
certain demographic
that you're targeting.
Now, we'll go back
here and the next
suggestion is to
optimize your
website's pages with
the relevant long
tail keywords to
improve your search
engine rankings and
visibility.
So, this is
basically a
you can put in the
long tail keywords.
Maybe you're running
a plugin that works
with SEO or you
want to add it into
your metadata or
just add more
instances of it into
the body of your
text.
Those all work too.
Now, the next
example is use the
long tail keywords in
the descriptions of
your videos on
YouTube or other
video sharing
platforms to make
them more
discoverable.
This is basically
just like that last
step, adding to the
SEO.
The next suggestion
is consider creating
landing pages for
specific services
such as corporate
video editing
services in San
Diego to improve
your user experience
and increase
conversions.
So, because we're
coming up with these
topics, this could be
used in a blog that
is on your specific
services website.
That builds
credibility and
since it's so niche
and targeted and
that gives you SEO
like search engine
optimized for people
who are looking up
this particular
area.
And then finally,
this next suggestion
they have is to use
the long tail keyword
in your social media
posts and ads to
target specific
audiences in San
Diego who may be
interested in your
service.
Now, this is very
good for short form
videos because these
long tail keywords
would really set you
apart from the other
videos that are
displayed locally.
Short form videos
really take into
account your local
location services
tracking.
Like if you're in a
certain country, it's
going to play a
country's videos.
If you're in another
country, it's going to
shift.
Over this year, I've
been traveling to
maybe a different
country every other
month and every
single time that I
move, the short
videos that I get
suggested shift.
Like right now, I'm
even seeing ads in a
different language.
But here you go, this
is the prompt to
give you words for
SEO and then with
those, you can take
suggestions from it
as well and take
your SEO to the
next level.
Okay, so in this
part, we're going to
talk about this
prompt.
We're going to use
this prompt right
here, which is very
helpful when you are
writing articles or
coming up with
placeholder type
things like web
pages, things that
you have text on for
your website, your
brochures.
It helps a lot to
have a big body of
text that could be
able to communicate
a message across, at
least during
marketing.
So here, we're
going to use the
prompt, please write
a blog article about
blank, your subject
that is relevant to
blank, your
ideal customer
persona.
So this could be
like doctors in the
Midwest between ages
of 30 to 45.
Depends on what
your audience is
using language that
is entertaining and
clear and that
offers insightful
information for the
audience.
So we want this to
bring in some value
to the audience.
So then when your
audience sees it,
they're going to
really want to
continue reading
more.
Like we're actually
writing a real article
except this is
optimized.
So we're going to
replace these with
our topic.
So subject, this
would be whatever
your business is.
So I could do
video editing for
small businesses
that is relevant to
business owners in
a suburban
California
neighborhood with
medium income
$65,000 annually.
Okay, for example,
and then using
language that is
entertaining and
clear and that
offers insightful
information for the
audience.
So we're going to
generate this article
and see what it
comes up with.
Now let's give it a
second so this article
populates.
Okay, so the article
generated and here's
what we've got.
Now keep in mind
the way that you
should look at this
is that this is a
skeleton to what
you're going to
post later.
So you can't just
take this and post
it right now.
I mean you can but
you're going to have
very low quality
content and this is
not what people want
to read.
This is not what
people want to consume.
So this is going to
be wasted marketing
effort.
If you don't push
this to the next
level.
Now consider it this
way.
You already have an
advantage against
other bloggers
because you have
this thought-out
and optimized
structure.
Now that is a
huge chunk of
effort for someone
else to do.
So you already
have that and you
barely did any work.
So now you have
extra energy left
to edit more of
this.
So let's go in and
dive in and edit
and optimize this.
So as you see
these topics,
these sentences,
sometimes it's not
the most engaging.
It's not like the
most properly worded.
Now consider this.
As a small business
owner in a suburban
California neighborhood
with a medium income
of $65,000 annually,
it's essential to find
ways to stand out
from your competitors.
Now obviously no one
is going to put this
medium income
annually.
I just wanted to
describe this
demographic so I
added it in the
post.
But sometimes the
logic of chat GBT
isn't completely
perfect so it enters
information like this.
Essentially it's just
doing the job of
trying to find a
connecting, a
bridging point
between you as the
writer and the
audience.
So we can't fault it
for that, but be
aware that it's not
going to be
completely perfect.
Now it continues to
go on and say like
one powerful tool at
your disposal is
video content.
However, creating
professional looking
videos can be
intimidating.
Basically it goes on
with filler words and
sentences so that it
looks like a full
packed article.
This is fine.
We want to establish
credibility so it's
okay to have these
types of content in
your schedule because
now we have a couple
of these, we look
like a pretty
official blog.
Now the next
section to take a
look at is how each
of these are its own
section.
So keep it short
and sweet.
Use high quality
footage.
Use music and
sound effects.
Add text and
graphics.
Tell a story.
All of these is
like a section that
now you don't need to
think about.
So what your next
goal is to look at
these sections and
add on to it.
So this is where you
can go in and look at
these sentences that
are in the body and
see if it actually
adds value to this
topic.
If it does and it
looks like that for
the rest of these
other topics as
well, then you can
use that in your
article.
Now here it did
give six examples
that's a lot.
You could probably
go with three and
it would still look
like a pretty good
looking web page,
blog article, and
then there you have
it.
You would have your
blog entry from this
ChatGPT prompt.
Now also another
thing to consider is
that you can also
make this a lot
easier to understand.
So you can tell it
to write in an
easier to understand
way and then it's
going to go and
attempt to do that.
And then here you
also have a different
format of content
you can even use
these for like short
form videos or even
another article.
So consider this as
you are starting to
put out content for
your page.
Okay so now I want
to introduce you to
this prompt that is
very important because
it's how you generate
a lot of social media
ideas.
Now the prompt is
please provide us
with a list of
suggestions for social
media posts about
blank product.
So it's very simple
but if you have a
Let me show you
exactly how you can
dig deep into it to
create quality content.
So first of all this
is going to give you
a list of ideas.
This is a great
structure to go off
of but it's not
something that's going
to resonate with your
audience and keep them
around.
Ultimately we want to
build a core following
not just have fake
likes and big
subscribers.
So we're going to
change our product to
be our video editing
agency in the local
San Diego area
working with
e-commerce
businesses.
So we're asking it
for a list of
suggestions for
social media post
ideas about video
editing agency about
our video editing
agency in the local
San Diego area
working with
eco-friendly
businesses.
Now I added the
ideas part so it
doesn't come up with
exact scripts.
Sometimes it does
tend to come up
with exact scripts
but I've noticed
that if you put
ideas in it would
be more of an
overall idea.
But I tend to play
around with both so
just play around with
both and see which
one fits your needs
better.
So we're going to
prompt that and we're
going to see what it
comes up with.
And as it's
generating I want to
tell you that this
will give you a
basis on how to
think about what
types of content
that you're creating
for your social
media posts.
Now the first one
that I want to share
with you and that
seems very
applicable for
multiple platforms
is the
captions.
Descriptions.
Every platform has
a description.
So now that our
ideas have loaded
up let me explain
how to connect
those two.
So if you notice
it gives you a lot
of ideas.
This one is talking
about how your
green video editing
setup and how we
will incorporate
sustainable practices
into the work
which is a great
idea.
It's talking about
how you can share
to your audience
that you maybe do
certain things with
the way your shots
are done.
Maybe it's all
natural lighting.
Maybe you work
with sustainable
farms.
This is like a
behind the scenes
and a behind the
scenes really helps
with just giving
your audience a
closer look into
your business.
But for this example
let me look for
something that is
relevant and that
we can make as a
caption for our
posts.
And this could be
used on any
platform.
And then we'll go
with this third one.
Highlight the
environmental benefits
of using video as
a marketing tool.
So we'll ask
PatGBT to write
a short description
that describes the
environmental benefits
of marketing through
video.
So here we have
video marketing is a
powerful tool that
can benefit the
environment in
several ways.
By leveraging video
content on social
media platforms
companies can
reduce their
reliance on
printed materials
and physical
resources.
So basically this
is more of
something to be
seen as a
bullet point.
So we'll summarize
the whole thing into
one sentence.
Now it's just one
easy to read bullet
point.
So video marketing on
social media can
benefit the environment
by reducing reliance
on printed materials
and promoting
eco-friendly products
and services.
Thereby contributing
to a healthier
planet.
Now this is a
very on target
description that
both targets
an eco-conscious
community while
promoting your
video marketing.
And so if you
follow this thought
process you'll come
up with ways for
you to generate
social media post
ideas without a
limit.
Okay now we're
going to do one
on product
description which
is one of the
main parts of
selling something
on your website.
Maybe you have a
product of a
good that you're
selling.
Shoes,
makeup,
just any product
or a service.
So we're going to
use this prompt and
then we're going to
go in and
change this product
to either a
product or a
service.
Now I'm going to
show you how you
can dig deep and
make this prompt
work really well
for you.
Now let's start off
by talking about
the prompter.
So we ask it to
generate a product
description for
the product.
Now this product
could be your
video editing
service which is
the example we've
been using or if
it's something that
you're selling.
If you're selling a
certain item, maybe
a blender or
something for
health conscious
people, you would
put that here.
Now that describes
and helps sell its
unique features and
benefits.
Make it speak to
your ideal demographic.
So your ideal
demographic would be
whoever you're
targeting or your
main customer basis.
Now the more in
depth with that,
the better.
So we're going to
start off by changing
the product part
into the video
editing service.
And then we're going
to make it speak to
small business owners
in the San Diego area.
Now this is just
being precise on
demographic.
It could be anything.
So if you are,
for example,
selling tea, you
would change this to
maybe matcha green
tea and then make
it speak to perhaps
startup owners in
the Bay Area or
Asian Americans
between the ages of
20 to 50 based in
a certain region.
The more specific,
the better.
You could even go as
far as saying like,
oh, I want to target
health conscious people
who are also
eco-friendly.
Now the more precise,
the better.
And ChatGPT also
has the option to
help you get even
more precise.
But we're going to
start with this prompt
first just to see what
it gives us.
And then I'm going to
dive in deeper so
that you can get an
understanding of how
we could really
fine tune this to
be a very targeted
description that you
can use.
So here's what it
starts by saying.
And imagine this
would be the product
page where you're
selling your service.
So it says,
introducing our top
notch video editing
service for small
business owners in
the San Diego area.
At our company,
we understand that
video content is
crucial element for
any modern business's
success.
That's why we created
a comprehensive video
editing service that's
designed to cater to
the needs of small
business owners in
the San Diego area.
Now it is being a
bit repetitive with
the San Diego area
term, but that's
fine.
We can use some of
this stuff to just
use it as a basis on
what to build off of.
Now it mentions,
our unique features
and benefits include.
So these are the
type of benefits that
are included with
this video service.
Now video service is
a very general of an
example.
So this actually does
work pretty well.
But if you're doing
something that is more
niche, for example,
if you're doing
certain types of
massages, that would
be much more
helpful if you can
have a video
And then it ends
with saying, by
choosing our video
editing service, you
can take your business
video content to the
next level and stand
out from the
competition.
We're committed to
helping small businesses
in the San Diego area
achieve their goals
and we look forward
to working with you.
Now this is more of
just padding, filler
for the paragraph.
You don't really need
it, but it does help
to have a concluding
sentence.
Now let's go back and
look at this.
Since our example is
easy, I want to go
more in depth and
show you what it
would be like if you
had a more targeted
and niche example.
So we're going to use
the example of a
massage.
So I'm going to
prompt it to list five
types of Asian
massages and benefits
that they include.
This way, when we're
doing a massage
service description,
then we can have
something to put in
there.
Okay.
So now it's generating
these types of
massages.
And as you notice,
it's much, much more
targeted.
So there's Thai
massage.
Shiatsu massage.
Ayurvedic.
Massage.
Toina massage.
Balinese
massage.
Now the thing is,
I know I've had
these three of these
before.
So I know these are
real and these are
targeted actual
massages.
So what we're going
to do now is we're
going to go back in
here and change our
initial prompt so
that it can speak to
this type of massage.
Now, if you want
to be even more in
depth, you can have
the targeted part like
the demographic that
you're targeting be even more spot-on so we could ask chat GBT for example list
the types of people who would be very interested in purchasing massages
preferably in the San Diego area San Diego or Southern California region okay
now we have a list of potential people that would be interested in the massage
services so you see what I'm getting here is that you can use some of these
people to be the perfect type of target to target as you're writing this
description so we're gonna go back we're gonna change our initial description or
our initial prompt to come up with the most targeted description so so now
we'll put our prompt back in generate a product description for our massage
service that includes now we would list these types of massages that describes
and helps sells its unique features and benefits make it speak to now you have
this huge list of people that you can have it speak to like an ideal
demographic so what I would do here is I would find which one works best for my
particular situation and if you're running ads you could actually have
multiple ads every single page for a certain demographic so if you're running
an ad that targets a certain group of people you can have them land on a
landing page that is written specifically for them so maybe they're
working professionals the land on one page and athletes page the land on
another page people with chronic pain the land on another page and then all
these pages would be catered specifically towards this group of
people so now we're gonna put this into our ideal demographic make it speak to
individuals with chronic pain people suffering from okay and this would be
some of the things they're suffering from so now you see how in-depth our
message or our prompt is okay so I'm gonna prompt it and now it's gonna come
up with some description for us okay and as you see this is a beautiful example
now the introduction introduces all of our massages and then it talks about how
this is designed to be catered to these type of people who are suffering with
these symptoms and then it also talks it kind of a filler but it talks about how
there's a experienced massage therapist in this facilities and don't know how to
do their job and then here it lists the different types of massages and as you
can see it actually goes in and describes the massage so like it does
stress relief and pain management and increases range of motion and it's like
a deep tissue massage with stretching involved and and all of these massages
have their own specific like healing points to it and description and it's
exactly what people want to see when they're looking at product description
and then again this final sentence is a bit long by choosing our massage service
you can experience the relief you need from chronic pain conditions our massage
therapist will work with you to develop a personalized plan that addresses your
specific pain concerns you can relax and unwind in a tranquil environment
knowing that you're in the hands of professionals who care about your
well-being book your appointment today and experience the benefits of our
unique massage service now you could cut this down but otherwise this is a good
example of how to use a prompt to come up with the description for your product
or service
