Issues in National Security, Lecture 11: Brittany Card and Tony Fox

In the Issues in National Security Lecture Series, U.S. Naval War College faculty hold scholarly lectures for the benefit of spouses and other family members of our students and employees. Ten lectures will be offered from January through May 2019.

At the May 21 event -- the final lecture in this year's series -- professors Brittany Card and Tony Fox spoke about humanitarian assistance and disaster response.
