Part 4- Stock Analyse and Observation from Warren Buffet's portfolio
Hi everyone, I am Alfie, a value investor who is a big fan of Warren Buffet's investing philosophy (buy a company that you can hold for 10-20 years). That is why I want to share my file with everyone, and I hope that you can find and buy those promising companies and keep them for the long term.
This video will give you some information about my analysis and observation:
1. What I saw from Warren's portfolio over the time
2. Analyze Coke (KO) to understand why Warren decrease his investment on this company
3. Analyze P&G (PG) to know why he decided to sell them all
4. Analyze Apple (APPL) to find out why Warren choose to keep high portion of APPL in his portfolio as well as why he decide to sell out a part of it in 2024
5. Analyze Google (GOOGL) and Meta (META) to see their potential and why Meta with the price of $600 is also a good price.
6. Why I decided to buy or not to buy (reference only).

The file I’m providing has three key sections:
1. **Price Check**: Use various valuation methods to determine a stock’s fair value (or a company’s intrinsic value).
2. **Financial Health Check**: Assess a company’s durable competitive advantage using multiple metrics from financial statements like the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and more.
3. **Portfolio Management**: Get guidance on allocating your funds across your chosen investments, plus a simple way to track your portfolio.
