The artist Vladimir Zakharovich Kraevsky was born in the city of Vitebsk in 1954.

Since early childhood, he has been fond of painting, but he did not expect to become a professional artist, entered a technical university, became an engineer and worked for many years in the design bureau of a machine-tool factory. And only after crossing the forty-year milestone, suddenly decided not to fight the desire to draw and became a professional artist.
