Nobita and his friends visit a futuristic Candy Castle to celebrate Doraemon's birthday. While exploring the automated confectionery factory, a malfunction caused by a vinyl record (which stores recipes via sound waves) turns the guests into candy. After overcoming a candy monster, the group discovers the chaos was caused by Candy, a lonely guide wanting her own birthday celebration.
