Mae Geri (Front Kick) | Full Contact Karate

This time a short breakdown on Mae Geri, or front kick, sometimes called the "front snap kick".

This technique is a bit underrated, but is quite honestly one of the most important techniques in a good karatekas toolset.

This variation shown is a Kyokushin Karate technique but it works well well in other contexts like MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Point-Karate etc.
