Charlotte is undertaking \"Project 50,\" a 50-day discipline challenge to rebuild self-trust and regain control of her life. By implementing modified daily rules, a strict nutritional plan, and a multi-layered tracking system, she focuses on improving her physical health, mental well-being, and daily productivity while overcoming perfectionism and \"doom scrolling.\"
For the next 50 days, I'm going to be locking in on my discipline.
Hello, you guys. It's Charlotte. Welcome back to the vlog and welcome to a very exciting video
that I'm honestly so jazzed to film. Tomorrow, I'm starting a program called Project 50. If you're not
familiar, Project 50 is a discipline program to basically help you get your life back on track
and get your discipline back in order for the next 50 days. It's very similar to 75 Soft,
except it only lasts 50 days instead of 75 because I'm a little scared to do 75 days.
I'm doing this challenge because I feel like I need to build my trust back up in myself and I
need to rebuild my discipline. The last couple of months for me, specifically March and April,
were hell on earth, to be quite honest with you. They were not fun at all. I was not having a good
time and I really feel like I lost my ability to trust myself and trust my gut and trust my
intuition. I feel like the best way to build that trust back up in myself would be to rebuild my
discipline because discipline is basically just building trust in yourself and it's keeping the
promises that you make to yourself. I figured it was the perfect thing. Basically, I'm just going
to be locking in on my goals for the next 50 days and seeing where we end up at the end. If you're
not familiar, Project 50 is a 50-day discipline program that is based on seven rules. Now, I'm
going to be tweaking the rules just a little bit to fit my purposes. The first rule, to wake up
before 8 a.m., I'm modifying that to be 6 a.m. or earlier, mainly because I already wake up before
8 a.m. pretty much every day anyway, so that wouldn't really be much of a challenge for me.
The second rule of following a morning routine with no distractions, I'm going to be doing that.
I basically just listed out what my morning routine is going to be and we'll go through that
later in this video. For number four, for 45 minutes of exercise daily, I want to add on to
that and make sure that I'm hitting 10,000 daily steps and going to the gym three times a week at
least. The fourth rule of eating healthy, I basically just made it a little bit more specific.
I'm going to be eating in a calorie deficit and I'm also going to be trying to hit 100 grams of
protein every day and then I'm also going to be doing meal prepping and meal planning for the
entire challenge just to help me hit those goals. For rule number five of read 10 plus pages, I'm
definitely going to be implementing that. However, I'm also going to be adding on that I'm not going
to be allowed to use my phone after 8 p.m. Scrolling has been a big problem for me recently. That's one
of the things that I need to improve my discipline about, so no phone after 8 p.m., no doom scrolling
on my watch. The sixth rule to spend one hour a day learning a new skill, I am completely changing
into spend one hour a day editing content. To be quite honest, I feel like I have a lot of hobbies
and I have a lot of skills. I'm not really trying to learn anything new at the moment. I'm just
trying to organize my time and organize my life in a way that makes sense. So instead of learning
something new, I'm just going to be dedicating at least one hour to editing content, which is one of
the things that I can never really seem to find time to do. And then for rule number seven, track
your progress. I'll be doing this again sort of like rule two with the follow a morning routine.
I basically just made it more specific to how I'm going to be doing it. Obviously, I'll be posting
my journey on socials. I'll be documenting here on YouTube and then I'm also going to be doing a
series on Instagram and TikTok days one through 50, which is a little scary, but I think it should
be fun. I'm going to be taking progress pictures. And then I'm also going to be doing a daily
journaling practice to document my journey as well. So those are the rules that I'm going to
be following for the next 50 days during this project 50 challenge. And I'm excited to see how
they kind of transform my life and transform my discipline. I think it's going to be really fun,
really educational, and hopefully moderately challenging without being too challenging.
All right, first let's talk set up. I got a couple of things to help me on this journey. Of course,
you guys know. First up, I got a bunch of post-it notes, which I'm going to be putting up on my
wall. I'm going to write out one through 50 on these post-it notes and I'm going to put them up
on my wall so I can track my progress. Then you guys know I am all about journaling. So I got
two new journals to help me with this project. These are both super cute. These are both from
Target. If I can find links for them, I will link them down below. But first up, we have a gratitude
journal. Every page is a little two-page spread. You can fill out the first page in the morning
before the day starts and you fill out the second page in the evening after you've completed the
entire day. The other journal that I got is just a blank lined journal that I'm going to be using
to do a little bit of deeper reflection on every day. My plan is once I'm done with each day and
I take the sticky note for each day off the wall, I'm going to put it in this journal and write a
few pages of reflection about the day in this journal. I'll also be printing out some of my
progress photos to put in here and I think that's going to be really fun. And then in addition to
all of the physical stuff, I'm also going to be setting up a Notion page, but I haven't set that
up yet. So let's go ahead and get the sticky note wall set up first and then we can start on the
Notion page. Directly across from my bed, so this is quite literally going to be the first thing
that I see right when I wake up every morning. I feel like it's going to be so motivating. This is
also one of the only times that this entire grid is going to be complete like this. Hopefully by
tomorrow we'll be able to take this number one sticky note down because we'll have completed day
one of the challenge, but I love how it looks. I think it looks so good. I'm so excited to get
started, but now that I'm done setting up the sticky notes and all my journals and everything,
I'm going to go ahead and get started on my Notion template, which I'm going to use to be
kind of like my habit tracker throughout the challenge. I'm using a lot of things to track
my progress in this challenge, but I'm hoping that by having as many things as possible that
I'm using to track my progress, it'll make me more motivated to like make progress. So let's head
to Notion and let's start making my progress tracker. Okay, the Notion template is set up. It's
still a little bit bare bones, but that's okay. We have the next 50 days to make it pretty. I'll
show you guys really, really quick and then I need to head to bed because it's getting kind of late
and I need to wake up early tomorrow. So I have it in two different places. I've got it here on my
homepage. If you scroll down, I replaced my old habit tracker with the new one. This one just
shows like 10 pages at a time because it's mixed in with everything else on my Notion homepage,
but then it does have its own page here. If I want to like go in and add more journal prompts
or anything, like if I want to add anything, this is where it'll go on the full page. But we've also
got a little mini one right here on the homepage, which makes it, I feel like, easier to just fill
it right in like first thing I see when I wake up. And then we've got all of the habits that I'm going
to be tracking here and then a little progress bar on the side. So every time I tick off one of
the habits, the progress bar goes up and the goal is of course to fill in all of these boxes and get
the progress up to 100% every day for the next 50 days. And this is one of the many ways that I will
be tracking them in addition to my sticky note wall up over there and of course my multiple physical
journals. But I am so, so excited. I feel really good having everything set up. I'm just so excited
for tomorrow. Now that I've got everything set up, the only thing left to do is actually start
the challenge. So I'm gonna head to bed and when I wake up tomorrow, we will be starting day one
of Project 50. Good morning! Happy day one of Project 50. It is currently 5 42 in the morning.
I actually wasn't planning on getting up this early. I was originally planning on getting up
at six o'clock, but I forgot to adjust my alarm clock so we ended up getting up at 5 25 instead,
which honestly is probably for the best. I just got up and made my bed so we already have the
first habit of the day accomplished, which feels so nice. Next up is to get started again on my
morning routine. All right, it is 6 23. The next thing that I'm doing as part of my morning routine
is going to the gym. I just changed into some workout clothes and I'm gonna head to the gym
in my building and do a quick like 30-45 minute workout. One of the things that I'm trying to
achieve with this challenge is becoming the type of person who works out in the mornings because
I've been finding it really hard to find the motivation to work out after work like in the
evenings. So we're gonna try, at least in the beginning, to do the gym in the mornings. I'm
still gonna do some type of movement in the mornings, whether it's going for a walk or doing
some stretches like I just did to warm up or something along those lines. But in the beginning,
I'm also gonna try to go to the gym in the morning instead of going to the gym in the afternoon
after work. So we're trying that out today for day one. I just had such a peaceful lovely morning.
I did some journaling out on my balcony, which was really nice. Got some fresh air. I did my
gratitude journal and then I also did just like a free-form like thought dump type of journal,
which is what I normally do. And I'm feeling really good. So I'm just gonna grab my water
bottle and all my stuff and we're gonna head to the gym. I'm gonna do a leg day workout and then
I'm gonna go walk on the treadmill for a mile also. I want to get in the habit of doing the
walk outside, but like I said, it's super gross and miserable outside today and it's actually raining
and I'm not gonna walk in the rain. So I'm just gonna walk on the treadmill today and then when
it's nice, I'll go outside and I'll walk outside. One thing I'm really excited to focus in on again
is my nutrition. I was really good about this in March and then I kind of fell off,
but I really want to get back into tracking my macros and eating in a calorie deficit and paying
attention to what I'm actually eating rather than just like eating junk food and doing whatever is
like most convenient. So we made a nice pretty breakfast. I did scrambled eggs and egg whites,
turkey bacon from Trader Joe's, and then a couple of blueberries for some extra fiber.
Super easy and delicious. I don't know why I always think that breakfast needs to be like a
huge deal. This took quite literally five minutes and it looks so good. So I'm just going to chow
down on this before heading into the office. Today is an office day for me. I started this
challenge on a Monday, which is only increasing the motivation, but I feel so good. I feel like
I've already lived an entire day and it's only 8 45 in the morning. Like I still have the entire day
and I've already accomplished so much and I feel so good and I'm so proud of myself.
We are home from work. It is much later than I usually get home because I had to run some errands
after I got out of the office. So it's just about seven o'clock right now and I'm going to get
changed and head out again pretty quickly. I literally just walked in the door, but I'm going
to head right back out. I need to restock on some groceries. I only have one of the little meal
preps that I made earlier in the week left in the fridge. So I really want to make sure that I'm
setting myself up for success to like eat well, eat my meal prep, like hit all my goals, hit all
my macros. And the best way I'm going to do that is by meal prepping and keeping food in the fridge.
That's like super easy to grab. That's healthy, high protein, tastes good, all that good stuff.
It's actually, it turned out to be a beautiful day, which is so nice. So I'm really excited
because I'm going to get to go walk outside, which I didn't get to do this morning. So we're really
doing the double whammy. I'm going to get to go grocery shopping, restock on all my essentials,
get everything I need in terms of groceries, and then also get myself up to my 10,000 step goal.
We're currently at 6,500 steps for the day. So I will definitely be hitting 10K with this little
grocery store trip, but I am most definitely not doing it in jeans. So I'm just going to go change
and then we're going to head out and grab some groceries for the week. We are back from the
grocery store and I have got quite a haul. I ended up going to Trader Joe's and got most of the stuff
I needed at Trader Joe's. But then I did also go to the regular grocery store to pick up some things
that they didn't have at Trader Joe's. This is the haul of everything we got. I tried my best to get
high protein, whole foods, and also just some balanced things that are yummy to eat and that
I'm going to enjoy. I also have one specific recipe that I'm planning to do either tonight
or tomorrow. We're going to see how I feel after I just sit down for a second. But most of the
stuff that I got is for that recipe. It's going to be a high protein pasta salad, which I'm really
excited about. So I got some cucumbers. I got the chicken sausage, some Dijon mustard, some pesto,
cottage cheese. I got the high protein pasta. They were having a sale on this, so I got two.
And then I got these mozzarella pearls also to go in the pasta salad. And then in general,
just stocked up on some other stuff. I got some bananas because I like to have these in the
mornings. I think these are going to be good to have before working out, like going to the gym
in the mornings when I do that. I got a bunch of cans of tuna. I feel like I've been sleeping on
tuna recently and I just found a recipe for a tuna and cucumber snack that I'm excited to try.
So I got a bunch of cans of tuna just to keep in my pantry. I restocked on the bacon because I used
the last of it this morning. I also restocked on the eggs. I got a bunch of these high protein
yogurt drinks. These are so easy and really, really yummy. These will be perfect for breakfast
or snacks or like if I want something sweet at the end of the night, if I haven't hit my protein
goal, these will be really helpful. I also got some popcorn. Popcorn is such a good low calorie
snack when you're eating in a calorie deficit. I also just love popcorn, so I got the Lesser
Evil brand. This is the Himalayan pink salt flavor. And then of course, you guys know I love
sweet treats, so I got these. All right, see ya. I got these Yasso bars. These are Greek yogurt bars.
They're basically ice cream bars. They are so good. Only 100 calories. They have 4 grams of
protein, so these are also just kind of a nice little treat to end the night with. And then I
was not planning on getting these, but I saw them in the Trader Joe's checkout line and I had to
pick them up. This is saltwater taffy, which is one of my favorite springtime treats. So I had to
pick up a bag of these because it's all about balance. So that is the grocery haul. I'm just
going to take a second to like sit and breathe. I haven't really had a chance to like sit and
breathe all day. Normally this is the time of night when I would just go on my phone or start
watching TV, but because this is a discipline challenge and I want to, those are some of the
things that I want to be a little bit more disciplined about. Instead of turning on the TV
or doom scrolling on my phone, which of course I can't do anyway because it's after eight o'clock,
I'm just going to read a little bit on my Kindle instead and use that as a better way to unwind my
brain instead of just scrolling online. And then once I'm feeling a little bit more relaxed, I'll
revisit the idea of if I want to actually cook tonight or if I just want to have the last of my
like meal prepped street corn rice bowls, but we'll see. I'm going to put my groceries away
and unwind for a second and we'll figure it out. Day one is officially complete. I feel so good.
We got 100% of my habits done today. The only thing I have left to do is do my daily reflection
in my two different journals and then I'm going to head to bed, but I'm feeling so proud of myself.
I honestly feel really, really good. I think this challenge is going to be so good for me and I'm
honestly really looking forward to tomorrow.
Good morning, guys. Happy Tuesday. It's day two of the challenge. I just finished doing
like the beginning half of my morning routine. I've had a really nice morning so far. I'm really
loving this morning routine that I've been doing, especially going out on the balcony to do my
morning journal and read a little bit. It's just been so, so nice. I just did my morning stretches.
Today is not a gym day for me, so I'm just going to go on my walk and luckily it's nice outside,
so I'm going to get to walk outside. One of the newer things I'm implementing into my morning
routine for this challenge is to go on a one mile walk in the mornings. I just feel so much
better. I feel like my brain works the best when I'm moving and when I'm walking, but I don't
always have the time to go on a four or five mile long walk at the end of the day, so I'm trying to
do this one mile walk in the morning to make sure that I at least get some time to go walking and it
doesn't all have to be at once. I'm trying to break things up a little bit. I don't need to
go get 10,000 steps all at one time. I don't need to have it all be in one walk. I can kind of split
it up into multiple walks throughout the day. I think even though this is a discipline challenge,
it's also going to help me a lot with my black and white thinking. I think I kind of fall into
like perfectionism and black and white thinking a lot where I'm like, okay, it has to be this.
Like I have to go on a walk and get 10,000 steps and I think this challenge is going to help me
realize like, no, I can actually do whatever I want. Like I can go on a one mile walk in the
morning. I can go on a half a mile walk at lunch and then I can come back and go on another one
mile walk after dinner to like watch the sunset. Like it doesn't need to be this all or nothing
thing. And I think that's going to be really, really helpful for my mindset. So I just changed
into something a little bit warmer. I did my stretches in this because it is a little bit
chilly outside, but I'm just going to go grab a jacket and we're going to go on this walk.
So
we're back from work. It's been a little while since I was able to talk to you guys,
or since I filmed anything for this video, I've been so busy. I got back from the office a couple
hours ago. I've been answering brand emails and just kind of catching up on some of the things
that I didn't get to do this morning or get to do last night. But I finally feel like I'm
in a good place to stop and head out for my little walk for the day. My second walk of the day,
it's just about six 30 right now. So I want to get out and go for a walk before the sun goes down.
I've got a couple hours, but I've been kind of like saving it to the last minute. And then it's
like dark by the time I get back. So I want to go and then come back and make dinner and then go to
bed early. Because like I said, I found it really, really hard to get up this morning. And that's
because I've been going to bed later than I should knowing that I'm trying to wake up earlier.
Anyway, point is it's six 30. I'm about to go for a walk, but in anticipation of doing this
challenge and knowing that I would be working out a lot more than I do in like a typical day
or week, I ordered some new workout clothes because my stock is getting quite low. I'm going
through them quite fast, my leggings and my sports bras. So I ordered some more mainly because I
didn't want to end up in a situation where I need to go work out and all of my workout stuff is in
the laundry because nothing kills your motivation faster than everything being in the laundry and
your workout clothes being dirty when you need them. So I got four new pairs of leggings. And
then I also got two new sports bras. I got all of these from CRZ yoga. This is not sponsored,
but I genuinely love this brand. Almost all of my workout gear is from CRZ yoga. They have really
high quality stuff, but it's not the price point of some of the other brands that I've encountered
in the workout space. Like I'm just simply not going to be paying a hundred dollars for leggings.
I'm sorry. I'm just not going to do it. So we got four different colors of leggings. These fun
purple ones, I'm trying to be a little bit more experimental and like fun with my colors. Cause if
I'm going to be working out, I might as well make it fun. So I got this purple, these really pretty
blue ones. I love my blue leggings. I have another pair of blue leggings that are like a little bit
more teal, but these ones are like a true Peacock blue. These ones, which are a really pretty deep
teal. These are like kind of Navy a little bit, like maybe not quite Navy, but like somewhere
between Navy and Royal blue, really pretty. And then I also got these gray ones, which have kind
of like a tie dye pattern on them. Cause I think these are just a little bit more fun than like a
standard, like solid black legging. So those are the leggings. And then, like I said, I also got
two sports bras. I actually have a pretty decent supply of sports bras. So I didn't need as many
of these, this one, which is just plain black. And then this one, which is a little bit hard to tell,
but it's also that kind of like tie dye black and gray. Cute. So very excited to be stocking back
up on all of my workout essentials. It's also just like motivating to get something new for yourself
when you're trying something new and like doing something like a new challenge. But I will link
all of these down below if you guys are interested, if you are thinking of starting a challenge for
yourself or just like moving your body more and you need more workout clothes. I'm going to change
and we are going to head out on my second walk for the day. This one's probably not going to be
super duper long, but we'll see if it's nice out and I'm enjoying my walk. I might stay out there
until the sun sets. You never know. I did just start listening to a new audio book. I'm reading
Dog Person by Camille Pagan. I think I'm pronouncing that correctly now. I think I pronounced
it wrong in my May Reset vlog, but I think I'm saying it right now. I've been wanting to read
this for months and I started the audio book on my drive into work this morning and it's actually
pretty good so far. I'm only 13% of the way in, but it's still good. So this is what I'm going
to be listening to while I'm out on my walk. We are back from my walk. It felt so good. I ended
up walking for longer than I thought I would. I walked for just over three miles and we are up to
almost 13,000 steps for the day. So we are really crushing it for day two. I'm feeling so good. I'm
going to make the pasta salad that I got a bunch of stuff to make yesterday at the grocery store.
I think it's going to be super easy. The only thing I need to do is boil the pasta and chop
up all the veggies and everything else that's going to go in it. So hopefully it's quick and
simple. I say that every time I start a new recipe and then it always ends up being like an hour and
a half worth of cooking and prepping and chopping. But this one I think might actually be simple. So
I'm going to go ahead and make this pasta salad. I think it's supposed to make four servings. So
that'll also be meal prep for definitely the rest of the days that I'm in the office. I only have
more office day this week, but it'll definitely last me for at least lunches for the rest of the
week. Okay. I have no idea what that recipe was talking about with makes four servings. I got
seven and they're like substantial too. They're all a lot of food. I did modify the recipe a
little bit and I kind of switched out some of the veggies that I put in there. And I also added
Romaine lettuce. So maybe that's it, but I didn't think it would nearly double it. But anyway, it
looks super good. I will put down in the description, the original recipe. And then also the
one that I did like the modifications that I made, but this is protein pasta, Persian cucumbers,
chicken sausage, which I always forget about as like an easy way to get a nice, like lean protein.
I always feel like I have to do like chicken breasts and like cook it. These are just fully
cooked chicken sausages. All I had to do was cut them up so easy. I also did a couple of cherry
tomatoes, Romaine lettuce, and then mozzarella pearls just to add a little something, something.
I feel like pasta salad wouldn't be pasta salad without mozzarella balls. And then pesto as the
like sauce. There's no real dressing in here other than the pesto. So let's just go ahead and
give this a try. Absolutely love pasta salad. It's one of my favorite summer recipes. So I'm
really excited about this. Cheers. Yeah, that's really good. Okay. Yeah, this is really good. It
also was very simple. It only took half an hour, even while I was filming. It's really interesting
though, because I use these sweet apple chicken sausages. These are the ones that I use from
Trader Joe's. So it's very sweet, but it's really good. Wow. Okay. 10 out of 10.
Wednesday, it's day three of the challenge. I am getting ready to head out for the day
to head into the office. Today's my last day in the office this week, which is so nice.
And I've had such a busy and productive morning so far this morning. This whole,
like getting up early thing is really working for me. I had to edit some stuff for a brand deal
this morning, so I didn't have time to make a full breakfast. So I'm just grabbing one of
the yogurt drinks that I got earlier. And I'm going to have this in the car on the drive into
work for breakfast. Really, really grateful to PassMe for picking these up. This was such a
idea. And I'm packing lunch. I'm packing one of the seven containers of pasta salad that I made
last night. My hair is still a little bit wet. I did not have time to blow dry it because I was
editing content, but the rest of the outfit is cute. Just a cute little casual, like springy
outfit. We've got lunch. I unfortunately don't have my water bottle today. We have suffered a
loss in the family. She's broken. I am actually devastated. The lid doesn't close anymore because
the piece that broke off was the piece that like snapped the lid closed and into place. So rest in
peace to the emotional support water bottle. I am devastated. Like I'm so upset. Luckily though,
it's just the lid that's broken. So I did order another one. I think it's supposed to get here
today and I might be able to still use like the metal part of the bottle and just use the different
lid that's coming on the new one. And then that lid can pull double duty for whichever one of the
water bottles, whether I want to use the cherries or the new one. So hopefully that gets here today,
but I have not been bringing my water bottle with me to work for the past two days, like yesterday
and today, because she's, she's going to the big water bottle farm in the sky. Anyway, I need to
head out to work. I will see you guys later. Hi guys. We're home from work. I just walked in the
door and made a fun little snack. I am starving. I'm also feeling quite tired. I won't lie to you
guys. So I'm going to take a little bit of time to just like be restful and calm. I'm not going
to take a nap because I actually hate naps, but it's just after five o'clock. I think I'm just
going to read for a while, have my snack. I've got my jazz playing on the TV in the background.
It's pouring rain outside. So it's just kind of making me feel like tired and sleepy. And I kind
of want to just like spend a little while relaxing and taking some time to just sit quietly and enjoy
my book. I'm also just waiting for the rain to stop. I want to go for my walk outside if I can,
but if the rain doesn't stop, I will just go on the treadmill. That's going to be a little bit
later. That's going to be after I have my snack. And after I just sit here quietly for a little
while for my snack, I just made some tuna. I mixed in some cottage cheese just to make it a
little bit higher protein. I'm a little bit behind on my protein goal today because I just had that
yogurt drink and a banana for breakfast. I didn't have as much protein with breakfast. So just
catching up a little bit and then I'm going to be eating it with some cucumber slices. Yum. And I'm
just going to sit quietly and read. And it's going to be so lovely.
So
I'm pretty sure I only filmed one montage clip from that, but it is
730 and the sun is finally out and it stopped raining. It's actually really pretty looking
outside. The sky is coming back out and it's nice and blue. And I just changed into my little work
outfit and I'm going to go on a walk. I'm going to call my mom. We're going to chat. I'm so excited.
I missed going on my walk outside this morning. I don't mind walking on the treadmill, but I vastly
prefer walking outside. So I'm really excited. Let's go ahead and go out on this walk.
And ready for bed. I just put my hair in my heatless curlers, got changed in my jammies. I am
so excited to go to bed. I just took my number three sticky note off the wall and the only thing
I have left to do is do my journal entries for the night. It is 10 o'clock on the dot. I am going to
bed earlier tonight than I have for the last couple of nights because I was so tired today.
I've been meaning to go to bed earlier and then things just keep coming up that I'm forgetting
about or that I need to work on. I've been going to bed later, usually around like 1130, 12 o'clock,
which when you're getting up at six does not feel like a lot of sleep. So tonight I'm actually going
to bed at a reasonable hour. I'm very excited, but that is going to wrap it up for this video.
Thank you guys so, so much for watching and for coming along for the first couple of days of my
Project 50 journey. Let me know if you guys want specific dedicated content to Project 50 or if
you want me to just stick with my normal content and kind of like give you guys updates as they
come with Project 50. I'm still going to be doing daily videos about it on my short form platform,
so if you guys want to follow along with the journey specifically, you can follow me on any
of my short form platforms. I will be posting about it over there on all of those and I will
have all my links down in the description if you guys want to follow along on the journey. But that
is going to wrap it up for this video. If you guys enjoyed this video, make sure you leave a like on
it for me down below and subscribe to my channel if you haven't already. I would love to have you
guys join the family, but that is going to be it for this one. Thank you guys so, so much for
watching. I really hope you enjoyed and I'll see you in the next one. Bye guys!
