After posting a photo of one our our Giant Kossak kohlrabis on the 'interwebs', I got A LOT of questions! The 2 most common being, "How are you going to eat all that kohlrabi?" and "Isn't that giant kohlrabi going to be tough and woody?"
To answer those questions I shot this video, proving that giant Kossak is still just as crisp and tender at this huge size and some ideas on how to use this much kohlrabi!
