The video follows YouTuber Emzotic as she visits a Petco store to investigate the controversial “Desk Pets” marketing campaign. She points out several animal welfare concerns, including how live animals (such as Pac-Man frogs and spiders) are being treated as impulse-buy decorative items near the checkout counter, biological misinformation from the store (such as incorrectly labeling frogs as reptiles), and generally poor management practices.
