Why Jin Xuan is Called Milky Oolong

Often sold as 'Milky Oolong', Jin Xuan is a famous cultivar for Taiwanese oolongs, and its history is entwined with that of Taiwanese tea. Today, we do a tasting of this unique tea, and share how to recognize genuine Jin Xuan from artificially-flavoured imitations.
