A 6-month-old black Shepherd mix puppy was brought to our clinic after his owner noticed multiple unusual skin bumps. After examination, we found that he needed veterinary treatment for a common skin parasite problem seen in dogs in The Gambia.

In this video, we speak with the owner, examine the puppy, prepare him safely on the treatment table, and carry out the full treatment in a careful and educational way. The graphic parts are minimized, and the focus is on helping the puppy recover comfortably.
