The rosewood materials were meticulously selected and processed at Chang Son Traditional Woodcraft Village (Thach That, Hanoi) – a place known for generations of highly skilled artisans. Every wooden component was carefully carved by hand and assembled using traditional mortise and tenon joints, reflecting the precision and artistry of Vietnam's finest woodworkers.

Transportation & On-Site Assembly:
After completion at the workshop, the structure was transported to Nam Dan and assembled on-site, following the original design with high accuracy. This phase required exact alignment and seamless coordination between experienced craftsmen to bring the house to life.

Final Completion:
The finished house exhibits an elegant and imposing appearance, while remaining deeply rooted in traditional Vietnamese architecture. The rosewood’s natural swirling grain and rich tone add unmatched beauty and long-term durability, with resistance to termites and cracking.
