As the day continues, they move through different offices, arguing over every step, yet solving each problem faster when they work together. Late that night, Ki-Jun stays alone in the archive room and discovers old documents linked to a fake contract. Before he can read more, the lights suddenly turn off. Someone enters the room and tries to take the file, but In-Ah appears and switches on the emergency light. She stands beside Ki-Jun and orders the person to leave. For the first time, Ki-Jun sees that her cold behavior hides constant pressure and loneliness. The next morning, Vice Chairman Jeon Jae-Il calmly asks for an update, making it clear he already knows about the hidden corruption. Park Ah-Young watches nervously nearby, suggesting she may know who created the fake contract. Ki-Jun begins to understand that this case is larger than simple company fraud. It is connected to a power fight inside the family itself.
