Family owned and operated since 1961, this traditional restaurant is located in a 15th century building that once acted as a printing press. Known for their delicious morsilla, or blood sausage, join David and crew as they enjoy some meals and tour us through the dining rooms, kitchen, history and stunning cathedral views of this local Burgos favorite.
