2008 FORD MUSTANG SHELBY GT PREMIUM VISTA BLUE #740 WALKAROUND

I hope everybody's having a fantastic day out there today and I am having a fantastic day because I get to do videos of some of the best looking and rarest Mustangs on the planet and this is one of them. This is a 2008 Ford Mustang Shelby GT. It is stock number 16433Z. I'm here at Summit Auto your new and used sports car headquarters. This 2008 Ford Mustang Shelby GT has the 4.6 liter v8 gas engine. It puts out 319 horsepower 330 foot-pounds of torque with the Shelby upgrades that have been done to it including the air cleaner and exhaust and it is paired with the five-speed manual transmission. This car has been fully safetied and inspected by our service shop has a fresh oil and filter change. All the fluids have been checked and topped off and this car is 100% ready to go. This is a clean title history clean car fax to owner out of Delaware. What we're going to do in this video is go all the way around on this car. We're going to go inside start it up I'm going to show you all the options we're going to go over a little bit of the production numbers for 2008 and I'm going to give you the most accurate representation I can of this car. Starting down this side you get the nice Shelby GT silver stripes on there they look really good you get the powered by Ford logo on the side there that's my favorite Ford logo by the way and up front here with the wheels you get the 18 inch polished aluminum look how nice those wheels are absolutely no corrosion very nice on the edges has brand new General G-Max tires these are 235 50 ZR 18s they are brand new we put those on in our safety inspection you can still see little wear knobs there like I said we put those on in our safety inspection front fenders in excellent condition and this was the last year of the Shelby GT they had a production run in 2007 and 2008 2008 was the last year they made roughly about 2200 of these cars some people say 2214 and they were all vista blue for 2008 with the silver stripes front bumper is in excellent condition I shoot all my videos in 4k so if you have HD capabilities on your computer tablet or smartphone turn them on now because it is your best way to check out the quality and condition of the car before seeing it in person front bumper is in excellent condition didn't see any scuffs or scrapes on there also didn't see any drill marks for any license plates or anything all the stripes are in a very nice condition only thing I saw is one tiny tiny little nick right there but other than that everything looks fantastic on this car the edges on the hood look good you get the hood pins there we're going to take those off for when we take a look under the hood but I didn't see any dents or dings on the hood the paint is in really nice condition and the passenger side front fender is in excellent shape I didn't see any dents or dings in there and the passenger side front wheel is in really nice shape as well maybe just a couple little nicks and stuff but nothing really terrible still looks really good this color is called vista blue and the paint coat is g9 for vista blue you can see it's got a lot of metal flake in it really a good looking color and once again you can see just how nice that paint is like I said all of these cars that were done up at the Shelby Museum in Las Vegas these were the last ones to be made there or put together there I guess you can say converted there and they were all vista blue and as you go down this side take note of how clean the roof is here stripes on top are in really nice condition as well and I take these HD videos so if you're far away or even if close by and you just cannot make the trip down but you're still interested in purchasing the car you can see the car hear the car and have confidence in the vehicle that you're looking at before you can get here so when you do get here there's absolutely no surprises and you can make a smart and informed buying decision from wherever you're at back wheels in nice shape as well and these back tires are the same size as the front and they are brand new too now I do have pictures of the underbody of this car guys on our website so you can go to the website which is linked in the description below on YouTube and all those pictures of the underbody are on there for you to check out so definitely check those out very clean underneath coming around to the back you get the dual chrome tipped with the rolled ends there exhaust those look really good and the rear bumper is in excellent shape as are the rear stripes I didn't see any imperfections on them let's take a look inside the trunk here very clean in here and I believe this one comes with a spare tire actually it comes with a full size spare with a factory wheel so that's pretty sweet inside of the trunk is in nice shape as well that shuts nice and solidly coming around to the driver's side just as clean as that passenger side no dents or dings on the rear quarter and for full disclosure this back wheel is in really nice condition as well all the wheels are in nice shape I didn't see any that were perfect but also I didn't see any that were really bad either and once again that stripe is in nice condition there inside this one I believe had the GT premium package originally now they didn't really do much for the interior as far as a conversion pretty much everything in here is stock but I will show you what they did do driver's seats in nice shape power driver's seat with lumbar you do get these Shelby floor mats there that's pretty sweet and you also have this Shelby kick plate and it does have the CSM number or Shelby Museum number which is 08SGT0740 so this was number 740 that was made and you get your light controls there power windows power locks power mirrors you can see the door bolster is hanging in there nicely you do get side curtain airbags and the back seats are in excellent shape I didn't see any rips or tears back there you get the latch child safety system and here is your VIN sticker all right let's hop inside check out the miles the radio and everything that this one has to offer on the interior you can see this one has 27,257 miles on it get the lit up instrument cluster there now I believe you can change all those colors and everything it's kind of crazy through the through the camera here it looks purple but to my eyes it looks blue so that's kind of weird but anyways you can change the colors I believe in the instrument cluster there comes with the leather wrap steering wheel cruise controls on there you get the Mustang logo in the center this one has the shaker 500 sound system now I believe the CD changer works in this one so if you can select the slot and it goes to it and it actually moves then you know it's working so this one is working you also have am fm controls information center controls traction control hazard lights you also get another shelby museum badge right there or plaque and then this one does have heated seats there's your five speed manual transmission with the hearse shifter also done at the or as part of the conversion passenger side floor mat and seat are in excellent condition as well and the headliners in really nice condition you get map lights right there and this one has I believe the original windshield on it so that's pretty cool I didn't see any major cracks on there looks pretty good you do get the Mustang logo right there let's start it up and take a look under the hood and listen to the exhaust let me open the door for you starts right up no check engine lights or anything like that I'm gonna put the parking brake back on I would personally like to thank you for checking out the video today hopefully from this HD video you've been able to verify the quality condition and options of this car inside now exhaust sounds really good and hopefully you enjoyed the video as well always like doing rare cars like this unique cars see the headlights are working nicely and under the hood we have the 4.6 liter v8 gas engine 319 horsepower and 330 foot pounds of torque engine bay is very clean runs very smooth once again this car has been fully safetied and inspected by our service shop has a fresh oil and filter change all the fluids have been checked and topped off and this car is 100 percent ready to go now you did get that cold air intake at the Shelby museum part of the conversion package as well as the strut tower brace there there is the other Shelby badge and there's the emission sticker and this car is 100 percent ready to go not to mention brand new tires all the way around so that is another nice perk to this particular car and I would highly recommend this car from a quality and condition standpoint I would ship this one back to Delaware California Texas New York Florida whoever's going to get this car is going to absolutely love it I don't think you're going to find another Shelby GT with this many miles on it that is in this nice of condition and once again like they only made about 2,200 of these cars in this color so pretty rare car as well and just a really good looking car too and to see more pictures
