The Park Hills Home is a 1930s English Tudor renovation led by Jean and Grace, centered around preserving the home’s original architectural character while thoughtfully updating it for modern living.
From the beginning, the goal was to design around the details that made the home special: original millwork, plaster molding, arched openings, and unique architectural moments, while reworking the layout to better support everyday life.
