Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel.
This week I'm switching up, we're doing a blue look.
Let me show you the palette that I'm going to use.
This is the palette.
Now we all know I don't experiment much,
but you guys have been calling for it.
You've actually been calling for vlogs.
And my life just isn't very interesting,
so what I'm going to do is I'm going to try and vlog
when I'm in London this week.
But I'm also not very good at public vlogging.
I'm a bit nervous for that sort of stuff.
So I'm going to do my best,
but for now we're going to switch up the makeup look, okay?
I want to jump into the eyes,
get the scary part out of the way.
I'm going to take my Makeup By Mary palette.
I'm going to take this shade right here
and start building this up as my base.
I feel like blue and brown kind of go pretty well together.
I'm going to blend this under my eyes.
I think I'm going to do eyeliner today,
like all the way around my eyes.
So we're going to need some blending.
Let's jump straight into the scariness.
I'm not sure whether to use this blue or this blue.
I like the look of this one,
but this screams like...
I think I'm going to go with this one
because it's more neutral
and we can always see if we want to change it.
I like this.
I used to do that blue makeup look.
I actually have a blue makeup look
somewhere on my channel from...
I had a whole phase of doing blue makeup,
so I shouldn't be too scared of this.
But what I should have done really
is research my old tutorial to see how I did it
and wore it day to day.
I didn't do that.
Do I put this or this on top?
Let's swatch both.
I'm going to go with the actual blue blue
and start applying this.
I'm going to repeat that.
I think maybe I'm going to take this dark colour
and use that in the crease.
I think I'm going to add a dash of the silver
just over the top.
I'm going to take my MAC Colour Express Kohl Liner
with a tight line all over
and also add a wing.
Repeat.
Take an angled brush and the black
from my Makeup By Maria palette
and smoke out underneath my eye.
This is cute.
I feel like this really makes my eyes pop.
Take my beloved Garnier Micellar Water
for Makeup Remover.
Clean up these edges.
I'm going to take this Colourpop highlighter
because as you can see it has a blue reflex in it
and I think this will just add
pizzazz into the centre.
I thought we could try a new moisturiser today.
This is the Tatcha Dream Milk moisturiser.
I love Tatcha moisturisers anyway
so let's give this one a go.
Oh, it smells like lavender.
My Kylie Skin Tint which I need to repurchase
before this runs out.
Wear this stuff every single day without fail.
I'm going to use my Rare Beauty brush to blend this in.
When it comes to having bold makeup
I prefer to have a lighter base.
I feel like I've said this before.
I think it just almost in a weird way
makes it look more natural
when the skin looks more effortless.
I'm going to take my heavy duty Huda Beauty concealer
and conceal some of this breakout I have right now.
I don't know why my skin is so bad.
Posted an Instagram video the other day
and someone was like,
you need skincare.
I do do skincare.
If I'm being real I've been insecure about it since.
But it's disappearing.
Slowly.
But my skin just had like a freak out.
A lot of it is scarring.
Especially around my chin area.
And because I'm so fair
I feel like every mark on my skin shows up.
Like when I was tanned even if I had spots
it was never that visible.
But now I'm a fair babe.
Can't ******* escape it.
I'm going to take the Westman Atelier
cream contour stick
and work this in all the areas I want to contour.
You know the drill.
This is in the shade Oulotte.
For blush I'm going to keep it natural
by using a colour corrector.
It's exactly what we need.
And I'm going to blend that in under my eyes
to kind of counteract the blue for now.
And I'm going to go in with my concealer again.
And pop some.
And blend it in.
I'm going to take my foundation brush
and blend over everything.
Then I'm taking my Huda Beauty cupcake powder
and I'm going to set all this in.
Blusher and bronzer I'm going to use this
Westman Atelier palette in Petal and Biscuit.
Take this as my contour slash bronzer.
Bring that under my eyes.
Blusher.
I'm going to use that same Colourpop highlighter
I used for name.
I'm going to do one of my favourite lip combos
right now for the lips
which is Too Faced Chocolate Soleil liner
and L'Oreal Hyaluronic Tint in Smokey More.
Then add the lip tint on top.
And I'm going to take my Dior waterproof mascara
because it's the blackest of black mascaras.
And I'm also putting this on my lower lashes.
I'm going to take my Emko Beauty powder
put this in my T-zone.
I'm going to take my e.l.f. eyebrow glue
just brush up these brows.
I think we're done.
This is the finished makeup for today.
Let me do a pose for you.
I hope you guys enjoyed this week's makeup look.
I hope you guys had a brilliant week.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
Don't forget to like and subscribe
and I will see you next week for another video.
Deuces!
