This Tiny House Feels Bigger Than It Is

This house is small. But it doesn’t feel that way.

Casa Velia, by Estudio Atemporal, uses a compact footprint, two solid brick walls, a sloped roof, and carefully controlled openings to make the interior feel larger, brighter, and more connected.

One side protects, while the other opens.

A wooden sliding façade regulates privacy and ventilation, while a glass wall connects the social area directly to the terrace and garden.

A compact house where every meter matters—and where space depends less on size, and more on design.
