Futurists Willfully Forget 2 Peter 3 End of the World

2 Peter 3:5, demonstrates that not only did the scoffers willfully forget the events of the flood which happened before Sinai.

In like manner Futurists forget that the scoffers were attempting to refute an imminent return of Christ, not a long delayed one. The latter is the doctrine of the "evil servant". Yet, most believe there has been a delay in the coming of the Lord and the end of the world per 2 Peter 3.
