Recipe:
Welcome to the channel!
1 can of pineapple.
I don't strain the mezcal; I like pineapple chunks in my ice cream.
3 tablespoons of sugar, which is about 90 g.
1 Orange.
60 g cornstarch.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cover with cling film and let cool to room temperature.
400 ml very cold whipping cream.
A good tip: Chill the bowl for whipping the cream beforehand.
60 g icing sugar.
Once the cream thickens, stir in 250g of cream cheese.
Now carefully mix both mixtures. Store in the freezer for 2–3 hours.
Mmm! Delicious!
