Kingdom of God and the Days of the Fourth Beast

Was the kingdom of God set up during the days of the fourth beast? A discussion of Daniel 2:44-45 as the kingdom, a stone cut out of the mountain without hands, to be set up in the days of these kings, i.e. Rome in the first Century.
