Hello my beautiful people and welcome back to my channel.
Today we're going to be doing, I don't even know, some type of simple look though because
I really don't, I don't know, I got a lot of things I have to do today, a lot of things
I have to record, you guys want an update video so I have to get you guys that.
There's a lot going on.
Anyway, let's go ahead and jump on in.
Before I get off into my brows, I'm going to start with the yummy Danessa Myricks water
serum powder, whatever it's called, I thought it was called the water serum, the water
powder serum.
There we go.
Anyway, I'm going to start off with that.
Y'all know I do about like three drops on each side and I kind of like to let that kind
of sit first.
I did not do my skincare like I was supposed to today, girl.
I just, it's been a long night.
I got bags under my eye.
We'll discuss that in the next video.
I am going to try to do a sit down video today where I kind of talk to you guys about everything
but yeah girl, we're going to go in, fill in our brows.
I got like a little brow pencil, it's in like a dark soft black type of thing.
I'm going to fill in just this portion on back and then I'm going to use the Maybelline
brow, the faux brow things right here to fill in the front.
So hopefully y'all got all that.
I want my arch to be a little bit brighter.
I don't know what type of look I'm doing today, but I kind of want it to be a little bit brighter.
So I'm going to use the Maybelline concealer and this is in the shade 90 to just kind of
carve out the arch, right?
Then I'm going to go in with a little bit of the skin ink from Maybelline.
I think I put too much on my hand.
And then this one is kind of my shade, it is my shade, so I'm just going to use that
to clean up on the edge, like on the tail part.
So it's a nice blend.
Um, I don't know girl, we're just, we're just trying something and really hoping for the
best.
Do y'all see how that kind of gives me like that bright brow that I'm looking for without
it being too bright?
Hopefully this makes sense.
Hopefully y'all could see like what I'm talking about.
So I'm going to keep it right there and just blend that.
And that way my brows kind of look a little bit more cleaned up than they are, you know?
I did arch them today, but girl, sometimes they're going to be working.
I'm going to go through and I'm going to, um, do the top as well, just to kind of clean
up the top.
Now that we have the brows carved out, I'm going to go in with my Danessa Myricks.
When I tell y'all, Danessa be getting me right.
I don't know.
I really do think it's Danessa.
I don't think it's the technique where I think Danessa just make everything a little bit
easier.
Uh, so I'm going to use that here.
And then we're going to go in with the eye shadow.
My son just told me he wanted to do like an arcade today, so we don't need to be too crazy,
fancy, fancy on the eyes.
We just need something subtle.
So I think I'm going to do my dubious place coffee shop palette.
That's the one right here.
Y'all know I've hit pan on these two shades.
Those are my favorite shades to ever grow and I refuse to let them go.
So I'm going to start out with that light brown and I'm just going to apply that right
here to my crease simply because I don't know which look I'm going for today.
Like if I had more of an idea, it would be different, but because I don't know, let's
just start with the transition shade and then we can go from there.
Then I'm going to go in with a darker shade.
This is the second deepest.
I kind of like to start light and then work my way up to deeper shades.
That's just me personally, especially when I'm not too sure about which shade I'm going
to wind up rocking with today.
So I'm just applying that right there in the crease again, because I am going out during
the daytime.
I really don't want this to be too dark, but child, you know, with me, you just never know.
You just never know how far we're going to go.
I really don't want to do too much, so I think I'm going to go in with this shade right here.
Hopefully y'all can see that.
With that shade, I had seen somebody kind of like pack this into their lid and it came
out so pretty, so we're going to try to do the same here.
It wasn't this specific color, but like I seen them pack a matte into their lid and
I was like, oh, that's cute.
Let's see what happens.
I don't know.
I just, girl, I don't.
I want to get dolled up, but then also like the energy is a little down as well too.
We'll discuss that next video.
I'm going to put this into the crease like so.
I'm just going to pack it in and then we might do maybe a liner color because I did buy some
colored liner, so maybe that's what we'll do.
We'll do colored liner.
I think that might be feasible.
Then I might go in with some white to kind of brighten up that inner corner a little
bit.
As of right now, you guys want something simple.
I want something simple.
Let's go simple.
Now, I'm going to go back into the crease with that second shade just a little bit just
to kind of even it out a little bit.
I don't know.
I'm just real finicky about the way the mattes look on my lid.
I don't want it to be taking up too much space.
I'm going to deepen this up just a little.
I know it's daytime makeup, but I kind of want to just add just a little to the outer
corner right here just to kind of give me a little bit of depth and dimension.
Again, I don't know what look we're going for, so however it turns out is how it turns
out, girl.
I'm just going to add that there in the outer corners and just kind of make sure this is
blended.
If y'all been here for a while, then y'all know I am like, when it comes to a cut crease,
I'm extremely finicky about that.
I don't know.
On me, I just feel like it looks so good on other people, but my eyes, if it don't be
blended and I see that harshness, I don't know.
I just don't like it.
I like it, girl.
I'm just adding a little bit of brown right there on the edge so it's a transition instead
of it being just a harsh, you know, demarcation line there.
I might be the only person that can see the demarcation, but that doesn't matter.
It matters that I don't like it and I don't want it there, okay?
I know under the eyes, we use Maybelline.
I use 90 and 95.
This 90 color is the lighter shade and I like to use that right here because I prefer a
brighter under eye and then I like to go over that with the 95 right here just to make
sure, you know, it's not such a harsh transition, you know?
Something simple.
And then I also kind of like to apply this right down my nose a little bit, give me a
nice little highlight.
You know what?
Why not?
Right here in the center of my forehead as well, right there.
And then before we go in, because I really have been using the Skin Ink as foundation.
I really love this.
I'm probably going to have to go back and get some more.
This is in the shade 420 for those who wanted to know.
I'm going to use my Curve Case first and then we will move on to that.
So Curve Case, I use the shade Blend and Snatch to contour and I use the shade Shade and Laid
to bronze.
And I am more of a bronzer than I am a contour.
So that is what I use all over my face.
Let me find the correct brush.
All right.
So always first up first, this is the Shade and Laid color and I like to just simply apply
that here.
Kind of like, I don't go, I try not to go past this part of my face, right?
You obviously can if that's what you want to do, but for me, I try not to, and I really
like to use this Real Techniques brush because to me, it just blends so, so well for me.
And then I also kind of like to put it down here.
Now, where you guys see my little imperfections, that is where I use the concealer.
I used to have to color correct and stuff like that, but not anymore.
I mean, you still can, but girl, if you're in a rush like I'm in a rush, you don't have
time to do all of that, okay?
We just, we just do what we can.
Keep hearing like so many good things about this one size powder being like so amazing
for setting and stuff.
And I'm like, maybe I got the wrong kind, or maybe I just think at the same time kind
because I like it for baking, but to set, I don't think it sits evenly.
That's just, I don't know.
I don't, but I've, I've heard so much about it.
So we're going to try it again to set.
I am using the pink one.
I think this is the ultra, ultra pink shade.
I want to say ultra pink, but I'm going to use that to set everything.
But again, I like it to bake, but it has not been my favorite to set.
Like today is a little bit more even, I guess because I rubbed it out a lot more.
You know what?
It could be user error.
It definitely could be user error.
So we're going to just apply under my eye and then I apply under my eye and then I use
the excess on my nose.
Oops, girl.
All right.
Then I'm going to take, um, the Maybelline loose powder in the shade 40 to set all over
my face.
Well, to set the places that I didn't set with, um, the ultra pink powder.
You know what, today it don't look as bad.
Maybe I just wouldn't spread it enough on the back of my hand.
I don't know.
Might have been user error.
Um, now we're going to take everything that we set with, I mean, everything we put down
that's a cream or a liquid, we need to set with the powder.
So now we're going to take our bronzer, we're going to bronze.
I normally would bronze with my Julius, but I've seen to misplace it.
So we're going to use our one size.
I'm going to use the top two shades.
I like to use this shade to contour and then this one to bronze because the first shade
is just so warm.
Look at that.
Girl.
She just, she does what she's supposed to do.
I love it.
She's so warm.
So, so, so, so, so warm.
I love it.
Okay.
And then if I want to contour any, then I will use, um, the second shade, which it really
depends.
Like I said, nighttime, I'm more of a contour person at night.
Not so much during the day.
It just depends though.
Cause sometimes I will, I'm going to use the top shade again to bronze down my nose.
I'm bringing that back a little bit.
And then I, you know what, why not?
Let's contour today.
Maybe a little.
Just a smidge.
I'm going to use the second shade to contour right here and bring that out a little bit.
Okay.
Then I'm going to take the shade 310, the Maybelline.
This is the Maybelline fit me press powder.
You can bake or you can use a press powder.
For me lately, if I'm in a rush, like I am nine, 90% of the time, 99.7% of the time,
whatever.
I will go ahead and use a press powder instead.
And I just take this under my eye again.
You do not have to do this.
You can definitely bake, but again, I'm always in a rush.
Like I said, I just told my son I would take him to the arcade and it's getting a little
bit late.
So, and I know I have to do a follow-up video for you guys.
There's so much on my plate today, Lord have mercy.
So, a press powder, it is to kind of push everything into place.
Let's apply some blush because I think this is definitely going to determine what color
I put under the eyes because right now I don't know where we're going.
I don't know how warm it's going to be.
I don't know.
So, this is the Juvia's Place Volume 2 and I think I'm going to mix both of the shades.
I'm going to start out with that orange just to see how that looks on me and then we'll
go in with the peach color.
I want to do like that bright peach under eye look so bad, y'all.
I just don't know how without overdam doing it.
I don't know, but I be wanting to.
Okay, this is the peach shade I'm going in with now and I'm going to apply that kind
of like under the eye because again, I want my under eye to be a little colored, just
a little bit, you know.
So, I'm going to apply that under the eye.
Okay, now this is where I need to figure out what shade we're going to do under my eye.
I don't know.
Give me a second.
Let me, let me, let me figure this out.
Hang on.
While we're thinking about what shade to go under my under eye with, let's go ahead and
just melt all these powders together.
This is the Milani Make It Last.
It's my favorite one.
And then I'm going to go in with the, this is the NYX Superfix right here.
Okay.
And then let me go take down my hair and I think by the time I come back, I'll have an
idea of what I want to do to these under eyes because I honestly don't know.
Let's add, um, wait, hold on, what was I thinking, what was I thinking, okay, let's add a little
bit of white to the inner corner of my eye cause we need like just a little pop.
So we're going to add like a little bit of white to the inner corner and then I think
I might use like a magenta or something.
Maybe that'll be what I use.
Well, I don't know if that white did the job or, or what, hold on, let me see, oh no, okay,
oh no, I don't know if that made it worse.
Maybe it'll look better when the lashes come on, I don't know.
Sometimes you get you a good lash that can be a little forgiving.
I didn't mean to make it that damn bright.
I guess when you say white on dark skin, I guess it would be a little bit bright.
Lord have mercy.
I've been doing this for how long, I still ain't learned damn color theory, it's my damn
problem.
Um, let's just blend out the edges, soften it up a little bit, not as good as it's going
to get.
And then I'm going to use a magenta pencil.
I don't know.
Cause sometimes I, the colors are making me look a little weird, you know, like people
be wearing like the super green contacts and it looked like you glowing.
Sometimes certain colors do that to me.
So I'm really hoping that's not the case with this one, but we shall see.
Oh, that's pretty soft.
I don't know if you guys can see it, but it's soft.
I don't think I've ever done magenta under my eye.
That's different.
Yeah.
I kind of like it.
It's pretty.
Okay.
Let me put my lashes in one.
I think this turned into like a nighttime makeup anyway.
Lord, me and my contrasting colors.
Anyway, let me go ahead and do my lashes.
I'll come back and we'll finish together.
Okay.
Let's do this.
Let's move on to the lips.
I think my hair might've came out a little bit too curly, um, but whatever.
So next, this is the NYX duck plump double dose is the shade of liner.
Now I don't think that this one burns, but I'm not gonna lie to y'all.
A lot of people were commenting that the other one does burn the banging bear and I'm not
gonna lie to you.
It does.
But beauty is pain.
Okay.
So, um, I personally don't mind it.
It is, it's a little intense.
I'm not gonna lie to you.
It's a little intense, but for me, I don't mind it.
I'm going to dry out my lips first, just to make sure we ain't got no oil was in there.
And then we can go ahead and move in with this.
I'm going to use this one.
Like I said, is the double dose from NYX.
And then I'm going to use the Fenty hot chocolate and I might top it off with the Anastasia,
um, Hollywood.
I think it's Hollywood, something like that.
I might top it off with that, but I'm not sure.
Cause I think Hollywood might go really good with this look.
This is the Fenty hot chocolate.
You could honestly stop there.
I mean, that's a cute little look.
However, I'm not.
So hang on, let me find my Hollywood by Anastasia.
Hang on one second.
So I had got the minis.
This one is pure Hollywood.
And then this one is Kiss.
Kiss is a little bit more pink.
Um, I'm going to go in with the pure Hollywood.
Like I said, I kind of want something a little simple.
I gotta stop doing that.
Rubbing my lips together and just letting it be on the bottom one.
You know how like they have like the top one that's a little darker and the bottom one
isn't?
I don't know if I stopped doing it though.
As I continue to do it.
Jesus.
It's raining so hard outside.
Lord.
All right.
So I came back right on time because now my camera is running hot and we are done with
this look, girl.
I think it came out okay.
Hopefully you guys can see like the purple or violet underneath the, um, the eyes, but
yeah, girl, this is something sexy, sultry as always.
I guess I just don't know how to tone it down, but be on the lookout for another video coming
your way with a follow up of my life and what it's been going on.
I love you guys and I will see you guys next time.
