Why does Paul show that his gospel is rooted in the law and the prophets? How can the law be fulfilled if the resurrection is future? Have you considered the implications of this viewpoint?

How many times have you questioned the statements made by Christ that all things would be fulfilled before his generation passed away? How many times has it been explained away to mean the generation that will be alive when he comes, totally overlooking the first century generation.

What of Matthew 16:27-28, where the Lord said that he was about to come before some who stood in his very presence died?
