JUST A LITTLE STORY ABOUT A KENTUCKY STATE TROOPER SENTENCED TO 5 YEARS IN PRISON.
Kentucky State Police released body camera video following the guilty plea of a former state trooper HAYDEN KILBOURNE. The incident started after troopers were involved in a chase with a suspect reported to be armed and dangerous and driving a stolen vehicle.
Kilbourne pleaded guilty to second degree assault and third degree terroristic threatening. Commissioner Phillip Burnett Jr. said Kilbourne’s actions are unacceptable.
The body camera video shows former Trooper Hayden Kilbourne using excessive force and hitting a suspect with his baton, according to state police.
