📝만드는 과정

사과 필링 만들기
1. 사과의 껍질을 제거하고 작은 큐브 모양으로 썰어 주세요.
2. 냄비에 다진 사과, 무염버터, 황설탕, 소금, 시나몬 파우더, 레몬즙을 넣고 약불에서 3~5분 정도 끓여 주세요.
3. 물에 옥수수전분을 넣고 섞어 넣고 살짝 저은 다음 불에서 내려 실온에서 식혀 주세요.

사과 쿠키 만들기
4. 실온 상태의 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 황설탕, 백설탕, 소금을 넣고 섞어 주세요.
5. 달걀과 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 후 가루류를 체에 쳐서 넣어 주세요.
6. 주걱으로 골고루 섞고 비닐 랩을 씌워 냉장실에서 30분 정도 휴지시켜 주세요.

7. 30g 정도씩 반죽을 떼어내 동그랗게 만들고 겉 코팅용 설탕+시나몬 파우더를 묻혀 오븐 팬에 올려 주세요.
8. 계량스푼 같은 도구를 이용해 중앙을 눌러 홈을 만들고 사과 필링을 채워 주세요.
9. 175도 오븐에서 14~15분 정도 굽고 식혀 주세요.(예열 195도)

🧁보관방법 Storage

실온 보관은 서늘한 곳에서 반나절 정도까지 권장하고, 그 이후에는 밀폐 용기에 담아 냉장 보관해 주세요.
냉장 보관은 3일 정도가 가장 맛있고 안정적이에요.
더 오래 보관할 경우 한 개씩 감싸 냉동 보관하면 2주 정도 가능합니다.
먹기 전에는 실온에 잠시 두거나 전자레인지에 8~10초 정도만 살짝 데우면 필링이 부드럽게 돌아와 더 맛있어요.

These cookies are best kept at room temperature for only several hours in a cool place, then transferred to an airtight container in the refrigerator.
For the best texture and freshness, enjoy within 3 days refrigerated.
If you’d like to keep them longer, wrap them individually and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
Before serving, let them sit at room temperature for a bit or warm them very briefly in the microwave for 8–10 seconds so the filling softens nicely.
