God Dwells With His People - Rev 21:3, examines statements made of the heavenly reward, expressed as the heavenly house, citizenship in heaven, the incorruptible inheritance, etc. While these are all mentioned as blessings above, in Revelation 21:3, we see them coming down to be with man. 

These blessings parallel and in essence are the promises of the O.T. prophets. Glimpses of the glorious visions fulfilled in the last days and time of Christ. The end goal of the blessings reserved in heaven was their advent into the world for the believers dwelling on earth. The ultimate aim is for believers to live out the righteous principles of the kingdom as they shine as lights in the world.
