NYT Takes Pentagon to Court and Wins (kind of)

The New York Times (NYT) is suing the Pentagon over its press policy that they refused to sign, meaning their journalists are not allowed press credentials to enter the Pentagon. In this video I discuss what's in the new press policy, how a judge has ruled so far and what the Pentagon has done in response.
