I spent a few days in Provence this April, visiting during the most beautiful time of year when the tulip fields are in full bloom and the blossoms cover the Luberon Valley. We explored the famous Easter antiques market at Isle sur la Sorgue (so many treasures!), walked through fields of colourful tulips at Jonquières where you can pick your own bunch, and visited some stunning hilltop villages - Saignon with its fairytale square and incredible valley views, Gordes perched dramatically on a cliff, and Roussillon with its unique ochre-coloured houses in shades of pink, red and orange. We stayed in a beautiful apartment in Apt, had an amazing lunch at La Felicita, and experienced the intense Mistral winds that Provence is famous for in spring!
