Good morning! It is a Monday and it's time to get ready. I was up quite early
today, got my morning workout in, some reading, showered, and now it's time to
start the day. I want to get a lot of my studying done this morning so that the
afternoon can just be for me. I don't know, it's kind of random, but I've been
sleeping so much like the past week, but I'm still tired. It just does not make
sense, but I'm actually like really confused. I don't know if I'm just burnt
out or if I'm tired, if there's something like wrong with my body. I cannot be
sleeping. Well, I mean, I can. Like, it's not like I'm missing out on anything. It's just
not what I'm used to because I'm usually sleeping like eight hours, and in the
past, last year at this time, some days I was sleeping like five to six hours, which
I know isn't healthy, but it just feels weird to be sleeping so much. It was
really random to start the morning on, but anyways, what we're doing today is, as
I said, I have a lot of studying and work to get done because it's midterm
season, and we're going into final season, and I'm kind of stressed for two of my
finals, so I want to start studying for that early, even though we still have
like almost a month till those finals. Okay, let's get changed. It's literally
April already, and it's 40 degrees outside. Like, Boston weather is not okay,
but let's get changed into something warm, and then I'm gonna quickly eat
something, and I'm gonna head to my favorite cafe to get my favorite matcha
so we can start the week off right. Time to make my breakfast. I have yogurt, and
I'm gonna make my lemon-olive oil shot again first. This is a juicy lemon. Olive
oil. Cheers! For breakfast, I'm just gonna have some yogurt and these grapes, and
some almond butter. Okay, let's head out. Laptop. I have my snack. I think that's
everything. Also my bracelet. Clear Quartz and Moonstone, and then I have my
amethyst and also obsidian. Let's go. Before we continue on with this vlog, I
need to show you one of my favorite finals hacks. I've used the study tool
since middle school, and now it's helping me avoid all-nighters in college. I'm
currently a sophomore in college pursuing a double concentration in
statistics and economics, and since I'm planning to thesis, writing essays and
research papers during finals week is always unavoidable. That nauseating
essay-do-at-midnight feeling has been my last straw this final season, but let me
share with you the tools that have literally changed the game for me on
academic exams and papers. Superhuman Go from the makers of Grammarly is your AI
study partner that helps you understand concepts, plan and improve your writing,
and prep for exams with confidence, while keeping your work your own across all
your browsers. Let me show you all the ways that I use it. And if you already
have Grammarly, you can turn on Superhuman Go within your Grammarly
browser extension. Superhuman Go has been an absolute savior when studying for my
exam. It reads the browser you are currently working in and understands the
context to provide real-time accurate suggestions. My favorite hack is to use
it to generate flashcards and practice problems when I'm reviewing my lecture
or textbook notes like this. And when I'm writing my papers, Superhuman Go has all
the classic Grammarly suggestions that I love, plus all these extra writing tools
that seriously help me level up my writing. This is so helpful when I'm
stuck with writer's block or want to improve my wording for econ papers. I
love that the suggestions are right there and can help me learn how to
improve my writing. And of course, even though I know I am an overachiever who
is adamant about writing and creating my own work, I still make sure to run my
finished essays through the AI detector. This just gives me peace of mind when
submitting, and I love how it works directly in my browser now. So if you're
also a student, you need this tool. Try Superhuman Go from the makers of
Grammarly to help you with all your writing needs. And now let's return back
to the vlog. Okay, she actually ate with that matcha. 10 out of 10 blueberry
matcha. This is so good. So unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn't working in the cafe, but
it's okay because I'm like a two-minute walk back to my dorm. I'm just gonna go
back and study there, and we have still like about two hours before my first
class. We can get a lot of good work done, and this blueberry matcha is so good.
For class! I only have one class today. It's across the river in our science and
engineering complex, so let's go. I think the cherry blossoms are starting to
bloom. So pretty! Lunch secured. They had like a burrito station today with a
bunch of toppings, so I loaded up. Now I don't know how I'm gonna wrap this
together. Okay, I'm gonna eat my lunch and do my work here until 3 p.m., and then I'm
gonna head to office hours for stats. So that's the plan. I got some yogurt, chia
seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. Okay, change of plans. I'm not gonna go to
stats office hour today. I said I'll go on Wednesday, but I'm gonna move to the
library to study for another hour, and then I think I'm gonna head back home. So
let's go finish up some work.
This is the memorial room for Harry Widener. There's this picture, and then
his mom asked for a fresh bouquet of flowers to always be left in the room, so
Harvard is still acknowledging that promise. And here is a copy of the
Gutenberg Bible that Harry collected, along with all of his books. So cool. I
learned about this in one of my general education classes. I think it's a really
cool story to this beautiful library. Okay, I did lots of studying, so let's go
get a little treat from Playa Bowls. Hello! I'm back in my room, and I got an
acai bowl. Today is National Acai Day, so Playa was doing a $5 off deal, so you
know I had to go get it. I got the Pura Vida bowl, which is loaded with berries,
so it's my favorite. Look at how gorgeous that looks. And of course, I have to
drizzle on some almond butter, because I have it, so why not? Good morning! It is a
little past 8. I was up around late 5, early 6 a.m. today, and I got my workout
in, took a shower, went through the whole morning routine. And now, let's eat some
breakfast, and then we're gonna head to class in a bit. Olive oil and lemon shot.
I also baked a sweet potato, so let's go grab that. Okay, I'm gonna head down and
study in my d-hall for an hour before class, and then I have one class today. My
other class, one of them got cancelled, and it's online instead. The other class
I just don't go to, so I'm gonna head to a cafe. There's a work-from-home cafe
called Shy Bird, and it's one of my favorites, but I haven't been in so long.
I'm gonna head over there to do some more studying, so let's go!
Okay, we're on our way to a cafe now. I'm probably gonna go there and study for
about the next three to four hours, so let's go!
This is their famous chicken caesar wrap. It is so delicious, and then here is the
matcha latte. It looks so good.
Hello!
