You Won’t Believe This Townhome! 2300k+ SF | The Highridge Terrace At Raven Crest By Toll Brothers

If you're thinking of making a move, the best way to start is by texting YouTube to the number you see on your screen and don't forget to like this video and Today we are here at Ravencrest built by Toll Brothers and as you can see right behind me, these are three to four story townhomes located out here in the Kestrel Commons Village of Summerlin West. All of these townhomes have attached two car garages and there are three different floor plans to choose from. Each floor plan has the option of adding a terrace which adds a fourth level and a terrace rooftop which has 365 degree views of the entire valley. For added convenience, there's also options of multi-generational suites and elevators so that you don't have to walk up and down four levels of stairs every single day. Plus this whole community is situated behind private gates and you have a community pool which is really great because obviously these homes don't have backyards since they are townhomes. They only have a little courtyard so the community pool makes a big difference. The best part about these homes though you guys is the location. You are so conveniently located right in Kestrel Commons which is part of Summerlin West. You have super easy access to the 215 freeway which connects to the 95, Summerlin Parkway, all of that. You can get to the airport in 20 minutes. You can get to the Red Rock Canyon in 20 minutes and then of course in less than five minutes you can be at downtown Summerlin, the Red Rock Casino, the Las Vegas Ballpark. You have all the shopping and dining you can need from Costco, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods. There's absolutely everything you need right here you guys and that's why Summerlin is the most desired spot in Las Vegas. These homes are the perfect urban retreat for people who prioritize location and want views and you are about to see why. Let's go check them out. Alright you guys this is the high ridge terrace floor plan. As you can see this is a townhome and it is the middle option so you would be in between two other townhomes. This is the terrace so it has the fourth level. You also have the option of doing the regular high ridge without the terrace. All of them do have a gorgeous courtyard. Obviously the outside you can pick different elevations. This would be one of them that you would be able to choose from. Sometimes it's hard to choose those. They kind of just choose them for you. So this would be your bottom floor. This is kind of like your everyday entry. This is where your guests would be coming in the front door. You would be coming in the garage there. It's kind of like a little foyer here. There are optional elevators. Like I said this is a four level home so if you don't want to be walking up and down all those steps definitely consider the elevator option. It is I believe like $82,000 to add but definitely worth it if you don't want all those steps. Here is a full bathroom downstairs. This has a bedroom or you can turn this into an optional office. So your choice. They did the bedroom here. Nine foot ceilings and I'll show you the two-car garage here in a minute. So there's the full bathroom, the bedroom and then two-car garage. Lots of stuff in here. There's a little storage nook over here on this one. Tinkless water heater. All of that. Okay so when you come in this is you're greeted to. It's just your little foyer area with a coat closet here. It's actually a very large one so it goes all the way back here for extra storage too which is really nice. All right so let's head upstairs. This floor plan starts at 2,300 square feet with three to four bedroom options, three and a half bathrooms, two-car garage that we just saw and it can be three or four stories depending on if you want the terrace or not. This one has the terrace so we'll see that. This is the second floor and this is kind of your main living area. Your great room. Super spacious. Ceilings here are 10 feet 8 inches so nearly 11 feet but as you can see tons of natural light. This is an interior unit so there's no windows on the sides just on the front and the back but it still feels nice and light and bright. Covered patio here. Let's go take a look. Covered balcony I guess. Put a nice little seating area out here. Little table and chairs and you can admire the view. So this is just the second level. Wait until you see the terrace level. That's where you get the real views. So stepping back inside to the great room. This is the main living area. You can mount a tv, put a little nook there and then here would be your staircase to go up to the third level and this could be just like a little reading nook. You could just have decorations, whatever you wanted to turn it into and then this would technically be your dining space. Now keep in mind they throw a lot of upgrades into the model homes. So these beautiful flooring, this beautiful flooring would be an extra upgrade. The nice colored cabinets would be an upgrade. The upper cabinets would probably be an upgrade. This is an optional wet bar. So it comes with the sink and just the refrigerator. Okay and then the kitchen. Beautiful kitchen. Super spacious and bright. Light and bright guys. If you like light and bright then new construction is the way to go because that's what they all prioritize these days and light and bright in an interior townhome is rare. So it's like you don't even feel like you're in an interior townhome here. Okay and then right over here would be your little pantry. I say little because it's not huge or oh wait it is huge. My bad. It's a big pantry so it goes all the way back. Tons of storage. Close it off if you wanted to and then refrigerator space. We've got the upper cabinets. Beautiful backsplash that flows for the court's countertop. Five burner kitchen aid range with the matching vent hood. There's the oven and a convection microwave and then your island that has your sink, your dishwasher, four seater bar and peers out to the rest of your great room. Beautiful, beautiful home you guys and then right this way we've got a little built-in here that you could do if you wanted. It has like a little vanity desk area and then we swing back here and we've got just your powder bathroom. So it's kind of tucked away hidden in the back. It would come with the pedestal sink and a toilet. I like that they add this like grand chandelier in here. Really pretty and then these are optional built-ins as well for extra storage. This they kind of just turned this into like a little office. Nice to have though especially on the main level. So no bedrooms on this level. They're all on level three one one and three. So let's go up and check those out. So here is the third floor. So when we go this way those are the stairs up to the work floor. That is probably the primary right there. Little closet right here. Nice linen closet and then when we go this way we've got all our spare bedrooms. So first one here really spacious. Queen bed with some pretty large vanities or end tables. You could probably put a king if you wanted to in here. Closet just a standard closet tall ceilings. I believe let's see um nine foot eight inch ceilings and then this bathroom or this bedroom would share a bathroom right here with the bedroom. So dual vanity and a standard tub shower combo. The tile would not come. That would be an extra upgrade to most likely extra to take all the way up to the ceiling but we could find out exactly what they provide if you are interested. And then here would be bedroom number two. Really spacious. This one has like a little I'll show you the surface area. A little like entry nook area here and then plenty of space for whatever size bed you wanted. Tons of windows in all of them. Standard closet. So pretty standard bedrooms but they they work. They do the job. Here would be your laundry room. So they didn't do anything crazy in here just the cabinets. Those are cute little planters. It's like collared shirts with little plants in them. That's adorable. Okay now when we head this way we've got the option to go up to the terrace and then here would be your primary suite. Separated from the rest. Beautiful. Nice and spacious. This looks out. So this way is south. This is looking south. That's the Red Rock Casino over there. Downtown Summerlin and all of that is that way. And then wow guys look at this closet. It's massive. Huge closet and I like that it's separated from the bathroom. What do you guys think about that? I feel like usually the closets are in the bathrooms and this is unique. I like that there's a window in here too so you get natural light. Okay and then bathroom would be right over here. Double vanity and a shower. It's a really spacious shower. Okay then we've got just the toilet room. So that is your primary suite. Okay so let's go check out the terrace. This is the fourth and final level. I'm winded but if you get the elevator you don't have to be winded. So optional up here has a closet. Yep just they don't have a rod in here yet but it's just a standard closet. And then a little no a scope outside. Beautiful rooftop. You can see absolutely everything from these rooftops you guys. So this way would be the Red Rocks. This is all the rest of Summerlin and then the strip. We've got downtown Summerlin that way. Absolutely beautiful. And you can even see out north too. So there's like lone mountains over there. That's all north. Beautiful. As you can see there are mountains surrounding this entire valley. It's one of the things I love about Vegas is that it's just surrounded by mountains. You're like indented into a field of mountains. It's really pretty. So anyways guys the rooftop is very large. You could throw a barbecue up here like they did.
