They just brought this one on the lot but it's an older one? We've toured a manufactured home very similar to this one but not sure how this one slipped by....
Look at all of these. Donnie. Yep, yep, yep. Oh there you are. What are you doing? I'm thinking I'm being a
chicken today. So we are at an undisclosed location people. Undisclosed. Looking at mobile homes. This
place is nice enough to let people come down here and tour through them. And they just drug this one
in from the factory. It's Nuevo. Look at that old school. A little Spanish lingo for you. Old school
light up there. I haven't seen one of them in 20 years. Now we just did a video on this one
a little while ago. Now this is a plain Jane. Let me show you a plain Jane and then we'll show you
why this one we're about to show you is not the plain Jane. So this one. Notice how the front is
flat. Just completely flat. There's no dormer. I don't even know if they classify that a dormer
Donnie. Classify it something. There's no window. Is it a dormer? I don't know. But there is a peak
over the door. That means this one's more fancy pad. Fancy pad. There is a peak and peak should
be dormer. Yep. So they're charging you a little extra for that. Now once you're inside I don't
think you can tell there's a peak. We've done some of the older ones back in the day that they would
have windows up there. And then when you go inside the roof is also peaked. And then you can see
through the windows and skylights and everything else. But they don't seem to get that fancy
anymore. Donnie's checking the fit and finish for you. There's something right there. There's a
round spot there but it's on top and bottom. There must be some kind of injection mold problem. That's
probably exactly right. So this sucker is uh white and black on green. Is that green? I think that
would be. What in the world? Grayish green like an army. It's like a. So there's gray. That's green.
Okay. It's like a. It's a type of green. Moss green. Olive. Olive green. Yeah. Maybe an olive.
It looks pretty good though. We'll get you close. Yeah. And Donnie's right. That's the cheapest light
I've ever seen. I ain't seen one in a long time. That's the ones from the 90s. Whenever you find them they're always
falling apart and like they've dried up and they're brittle. I ain't seen one in a very long time.
Um so you know maybe they're better now though. We're not trying to talk crap about them.
They ran this one so fast. Yep. We uh we do not uh work for these people. Okay. So we're
not trying to sell you this so we can say bad things if we want. In general though we're positive
people. So we just make a few little jokes here and there. Okay. We try not to dog. Yeah. We're just joking
around folks. If you don't like that little cheapo light they sell brand new ones at Home Depot. Yep.
Brand new. You can make. You can put the nicest damn light you can imagine. Every day. Then you can even
put a chandelier on it. Yep. Exactly. Now Donnie's got a good point. They ran the damn tire off of the thing.
Look at that. Two of the eights gone. How fast have you got to go to do that Donnie?
This place is rough on these mobile homes it seems like. Grab another gear.
You know what they tell me. Don't say that out loud Donnie. We're in mixed company.
Okay. So the siding and everything is all the same thing you always see. It's just
olive green. The cheapo black shutters. The cheapo windows that Donnie is convinced are now
home windows. They've upgraded them a little bit. We're right here beside a mobile home park
where they've got tons of these things that they are renting. People are living in them. But this
is where they're selling them over here. I think it's two different places too. I don't believe
this place owns the mobile home lot. Donnie what do you think about how they are covering up this
end wrap? I think they're doing it because that end wrap is very screwed up with UV. See how that stuff is blue
under there? Well we've noticed that it's green and then it turns blue after being exposed for a
while. And then now they're putting wrap on top of it. So I don't know if they've re-wrapped it
for some reason. I've done that but it's a different wrap. And then look at the OSB. It's all faded.
That bottom wrap is different. It's a woven plastic. This top wrap is the stuff that goes
whenever they do it. But I don't know why the OSB is like old. This thing's been
sitting around a while. I think they leave it sitting on their lot. OSB. That could be trash.
Yeah okay that makes sense. Camera screwed up. So yeah the OSB. It could just be that the OSB is
old Donnie but the trailer is not. Yeah I think it's just scrap. It's just scrap maybe they're using.
I don't know. Well you know. Well now Donnie that can't be because up at the top it looks better.
I don't know. It doesn't matter. It doesn't really matter. Okay. It could be you know they can put a
yeah yeah maybe it was built. It's been sitting around for three months but they just put the uh
and we don't even know yet. We'll see whenever we get inside.
Yeah so that's the third one. Yeah I was just thinking too Donnie.
We're not seeing half of the tires because they're in the middle and on the other side
and there's two sides. I ain't crawling 30 today running. It's very important to me.
This one's flat also. We got to get a good count on these tires Donnie. I don't know.
Should we go under? What if I go right here? I found one. I see other tires.
It doesn't really matter people. It's it's all gonna be all right. Yeah I see the tire.
This one here is not together yet. This place is pretty cool. I mean they they just
they drag. Some of you will not understand this and depending on why you're watching our channel
you may have different opinions. To me I just love the business of it and it's amazing to me
that they drag all these damn trailers in here, pay some guys to put the things together, let you
go in them, then sell it, drag another one and it's constant. Just kind of churning them constant
constant. You'd think they'd just park them here and never put them together but they don't. They
set them all up, sell them and then that's just the craziest thing. Or you would set one up and
you would use it as your model and sell off that model. But they don't do that. They sell that
actual one. It's crazy. Unless now it could be they're selling 10 times more than we know.
So maybe they are selling them off of the model but they only keep the model for two or three
months. There are some here that we've seen sit around for like a year and then sell but usually
it was like a real expensive one or it was like it had some weird damage to it or something.
But it's just I have seen them with the single wides just constantly bringing new ones in. I mean
each week the freaking single wides are gone and there's a one just like it slightly different
color sitting in the same spot. But it's fascinating. What's all this Donnie? Look at
what in the hell. There's another one. One of these is for whole house ventilation. Now watch
he's going to try to tell you. Oh that's the connection. Okay one of them's for whole house
dehumidifier. Okay one of them is for the hot water heater blow off. Okay the other one is for
the hot water heater pan underneath the hot water heater. That'd be that one. Okay that one there is
a fresh water connection. Okay and there's the dryer vent. Look drain outlet. See if there's
another one Donnie. Nope. They put the damn sticker in the wrong spot. Should we fix it?
Can I fix? Okay. All right folks let's see here. What's the front look like? It's a big old double
wide. Yeah I don't know. It'd be interesting to see how old this one is. See that one next to it
it's brand new. We know it is. That one's less than a month old and the OSB is uh still brown.
It is not grayed up. I don't know. We'll see. Maybe we've done this one Donnie.
Maybe. I don't think so. We shall see. We should be able to tell by the date. Oh this is a big one.
Look above that. Um this might be the biggest room I've ever seen in any of these things.
So you got this big huge room and by the way you got just a plain door but remember it's got that
peaked roof that we were talking about which by the way is right there so there's like I don't
know six feet up there that's being used for nothing. Um so I'm standing over in the corner.
This room would be about 14 um by 18 and then it goes into that room which I assume is the
dining room and the family room. This is a huge room. I mean you could almost
have a damn bowling alley in this thing if you put it crooked.
Yeah so this is a very big room. All right well that's what we're starting with. Where are we
going Donnie? Would you like to go in this room? I'm going to guess this is a uh maybe a master
bedroom. You know usually it's right off the main room. There's all of the goodies. It's got the
small plank linoleum as opposed to the large plank linoleum. We are making a differentiation now.
Did I just invent that word? Yes. Okay cool. Copyright. Uh vaulted not vaulted uh what are
calling that ceiling Donnie? We're calling it raised. Raised. Whatever. The ceiling slopes.
Slopes. I don't understand that either Donnie. Nobody's ever explained to me. I need to go talk
to one of these guys that builds these and designs them. Why aren't all of them like this? It makes
the ceiling taller so it's better but the ones with the ceilings flat cost more money. Weirdest
thing. I don't know. But they're taller. The flat ones are taller. I guess. You know they're not in footers
all the way through right? Half footers all the way through. Yeah but why don't they start higher
up there and go higher? If they can do that. If they start higher they're going to put another
piece of siding on the outside of the other one. Yeah but like so let's let's we're going to figure this out.
So this is the cheap version. It's cheaper. Okay they could bring that down to where it's flat across
and then that would be probably that would be more expensive because they got to frame it out more.
Okay so the other version with the flat ones usually that's higher over there. It's another
foot higher. Yeah. Okay and then it comes across flat. Well that's more expensive. Why don't they
take it from the foot higher and then just ramp it up? That's what I'm saying because man that's
a lot of room. That's pretty cool there. Yeah but I wouldn't want that room. Oh you don't like it?
Well it's going to cost me more to heat the door. Oh that could be. Maybe that's the whole thing.
I mean I could get more energy efficient if my ceiling was heated. Yeah but it kind of makes me a little worried.
I don't know folks. Look folks I don't have all the answers. Donnie's right about that feng shui. That's
real. Okay so here we are in the master bathroom. This is a different one. I don't think I've ever
seen this set up. So kind of the cheapo garden tub. That's like the cheaper one with just the
regular splash surround that's cheapo. It's got the big lady step. Y'all got to go back and see what
we're talking about about the big lady step. I have one. I bought one. We bought a used mobile home. The lady step here
went through it right. Yep. When she went through she went oh ----. Donnie. And went through it there.
You're not allowed to curse like that. I'm gonna edit that out. We're gonna get rid of that.
Okay I edited it out. Now what did you say? I didn't put the key. Okay all right. That don't need to be edited.
Okay so the lady stepped up on it and fell through. She probably cut herself. It's horrible. We're
She fell through the floor again. Damn. But there wasn't a big spot back there so the floor held.
I mean it's horrible. She probably got all screwed up man. We're not laughing at her.
We hope she was fine. But it's we're just saying what the hell is that step for? I had to fix two holes.
Yep. In my house now. Yeah. It was bad. Okay so the big big wasteful step.
Just you know standard toilet. But let me tell you a secret about these toilets.
They never get any better than that.
They're all the same. I ain't never seen a different toilet in here.
Big vanity with the cheapo mirror where they just hold it on the wall with clips.
The cheapo plastic sink. One piece plastic. The cheapo squared off
Formica. Fake Formica. Laminate. And then we've got us a nice little
closet here. And little is the wrong word for it. And they have made this damn bathroom have
a flat ceiling. That's what I'm saying. This is expensive to frame all that out. You would think.
But I don't know. It might be this whole side. Yeah I don't get it. I do not understand that.
Okay this this closet is huge. It runs the whole side and it's about four or four and a half feet.
And it's 14 feet long. I mean it's huge. You can't see it right now but you have to take my word for
it. Very big closet. They couldn't see a thing Donnie. It was a big closet folks. It's from here.
Yeah the wall is right there. That closet's that wide and it's the whole end. Okay so
and it has a door on it for all the people that don't like that the closet is in the bathroom.
So this would be the master bedroom. Back out into our living room. This is the formal living
room. You know this is where you put grandma's couch and all of the doilies and stuff. It's so
big. I mean this this is a big living room. If you're not actually going to use it if it's like
a formal living room. I mean what the hell are you gonna do with all this space? I mean this is
there's plenty of room in this living room. All right so moving along. Here is our kitchen.
Frigidaire refrigerator. Frigidaire dish. Was there a dishwasher in the last one? Yes. Okay
Frigidaire dishwasher. Kind of the cheapo cabinets I got to say.
You think so? Donnie's getting the date on it. Or trying to. He can't read it. We're getting to the
point folks. We're in that weird stage where you got to have your glasses on or off. Let me tell
you Donnie. I'm gonna tell you what's going on here. This is a CMH manufacturing. Built in October
of 24. So yeah it's been around a while. That explains why it's re-wrapped. I wonder if they
repossessed it. This may even be one we've done before. I don't know. I don't think so but some of
our dedicated viewers will have to go back and see if we've done this exact one before. I guess you
can tell by certain things. Probably a serial number you just gave them. Yeah. But the way I
can tell because it's got the shimmy down. The crappy hot water. So it's got the heat pump hot
water tank. But here's the deal. These aren't in the brand new Claytons. They're not putting them
in them anymore. I'm sure you can still get them as an upgrade but they don't come standard with
that anymore in the 2026 models. This might be a repo because that's missing. That's missing.
It's got the thermostat installed. Was that installed like that before? I don't know.
It usually there's a thermostat hanging somewhere. Right there. Yeah it'd be interesting if they
repoed this. Huh. Well I don't know. You know all of the. Everything looks new. It looks new still.
Interesting. But yeah. It could have been sitting on the lot somewhere. We'll get the name of it
and then see if we've done this exact same one before. Nothing looks damaged.
All right. What's she say Donnie? I can't either. It's dark. Oh it's dark in here. If there was
only some way to bring light inside a building. It just says directory. We're schlong. Maybe at
the bottom. Tyson pride 28 by 68. We have done Tyson prides before. I just don't know if we've
this exact one. Well they just brought it in. We know for a fact that it wasn't sitting here.
I don't know. Maybe they. Oh Donnie. You don't sit down. What's going on with that bottom one?
Does that prove it's used? What the hell's going on? It's just off the track on the right side.
Okay that's cool. We don't have to fix it or nothing. We like leaving the stuff exactly
how it's sitting. We're not coming in here doing anything. They might not like what we do. You
Yeah. I don't know. This is strange. We've done these before but man we've done them where the
sliders down there. I think. I don't know. Something going on. Look at this. What in the
hell happened here? The trim will take care of that. All right. Bedroom number two.
Yeah. This obviously hasn't been set up anywhere other than how it's set up now.
Yeah. Cheapo. That's. I don't remember ever.
Another piece must have blew out. Is that still. Oh yeah. Yeah. I don't know.
Whatever. That's probably what. Bedroom number two with the cheapo
closet that's unfinished. Bedroom number three. Now here we are on the same on the new other side
of the house with the lowered ceiling again. Bedroom number three with actually a pretty
big closet for one of these you know. This is kind of the old school like a Dallas. Non-finished.
Non-finished. Yep. Crooked finish up here at the top.
This one's kind of. It's got a few little issues. Yeah. We've seen them like this layout before.
This closet of course just backs up to the other closet in that room. This is bedroom number four
with a unfinished closet and then. Are we going to have a fire? No. We're going to have a bathroom.
Look at that. I ain't never seen that on BB.
How fancy. I wonder if that's somebody's initials or something. You can get a. You can get a bathtub
with your initials on it Donnie. Remember ours are all made by Lions anyway. There's a company that
makes the bathtubs named Lions. Look at this bathtub people. This is some regal stuff here.
We're on the internet. BB. Wow. It's shallow. So it's got a lower wall.
That means you can flood it easier. I bet you there ain't no overflow.
I think it's for maybe for elderly. This is an easier step maybe. I don't know how that works.
Without a moat that close to it you wouldn't think. Yeah. I don't know. Also that is the
toilet. We were just saying how the toilets aren't any different. That's not the tall one.
So yeah. Never seen that. Also look how the drain is cut into the back wall like that.
I don't think it's usually like that either. So just a little different than you see.
I wonder if it's been replaced or something Donnie. I don't know. Something strange going
on with this mobile home. But you know what? All of you people on YouTube we know are great
investigators. You figure this out. So tell us what you think happened and if we filmed this
exact home before and how are we filming it again in a different spot on the lot. Explain that to
us. Now Donnie, would it be feasible for them to set it up up at the front and then move it back
here to the back and set it back up? Well there's money every time you move it. Yeah. And it's
it's like if now if you if you're paying them we're talking thousands of dollars. Now if they
were doing it themselves they got to use some large trucks. You saw the damage to the tires.
They got to prepare the spot for it. They got to level it. If it was already set up they got
to unlevel it. I bet you it cost them five bucks. You think so? And you got to thank two people.
It's water tight so they went upstairs and had to work on the shingles where the joinery is.
It's going to take two or three people all day. Half a day at least. Yeah. And then you're going
to spend five dollars on material. So the whole point is there's no way they moved it right here
on the lot. It just it never would have worked. So if we did do it before there must be some weird
reason. The thing was sold to somebody and then repoed before they moved into it or something
like that. But we'll let y'all investigate that. If we hear anything about it we'll give you an
update. And in the meantime. Go ahead Donnie. If you like what you see give us a thumbs up.
Become a subscriber to the channel if you haven't already. And we'll catch you on the next one.
With the chicken thing. I don't understand. Doesn't even make any sense.
Here's another video if you like our stuff. We'll see you on the next one.
