Baby is suffering from hunger but the mother has not brought food yet.

The mother bird flew out several times to find food but hasn't brought any back to the nest yet. The chicks are very hungry. There are still unhatched eggs in the nest. It's safe to say the mother bird is having a very hard time right now, raising her chicks all by herself, incubating the eggs and caring for her young.
