Easy Knitted Baby Blanket - Hygge Cozy and Warm
In this video, I’m knitting an easy cozy baby blanket using a beautiful broken rib pattern with soft Hooga bulky yarn. This project is perfect for beginner knitters, using only simple knit and purl stitches to create a lovely textured finish.
Inspired by the comfort and calm of Hygge, this blanket matches my earlier blanket scarf, using the same stitch pattern and yarn to create a warm and comforting set. Whether you’re knitting for a new baby or just want a relaxing project, this is a wonderful pattern to work on.
I’ll walk you through everything you need to get started, including how to do a long tail cast on, how to use a magic join for yarn, and how to cast off your project.
