The design accounts for local climate conditions, such as the orientation of the house to optimize views and natural light while minimizing heat gain from the sun.

The structure primarily consists of glued laminated wood, a renewable material sourced from reforestation. This choice aligns with sustainability goals while providing structural integrity.

The house employs PVC sandwich tiles, expanded polyurethane, and a TPO membrane for thermal insulation, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort year-round.

Despite a narrow lot, the design successfully accommodates three suites with sea views, ensuring comfort and functionality within the constrained space.
