What is going on? It is Coach Kyle from Colossus Fitness, and I'm excited to be here and have a
real talk with you about how to see true success within your fitness journey in 2026 without taking
shortcuts and without doing it unsustainably. Right now, we are at a very interesting point
of fitness where a lot of people are excited to take shortcuts, especially quite a few people who
have already, I guess, failed quite a few different times. And today, I just wanted to talk about what
actually takes to see true success, especially from someone who has helped over 5,500 people
online. So for those of you who don't know, Coach Josh and myself, we started about 11 years ago
coaching. Our first coaching client actually signed up with us 11 years ago. And it's been
an amazing journey. We've learned a lot along the way. We have consistently grown as human beings.
And as you know, I've got one amazing daughter, Josh has two great children as well, two boys.
And we've learned as parents how to be able to adapt about how to help people in every single
situation. And we have just learned and helped so many amazing people. Literally, my youngest client
was about 14 years old, oldest 72 years old. We have literally seen it all. And we're at a very
interesting point where there is so much information out there. Most people just genuinely don't know
what to do with it. And the issue is what I've noticed right now is there's two things taking
place. People are looking for more information, more workout routines, more nutrition advice,
all that other stuff. And then they're also at a point where they're looking for things to help
them get quicker results. Hey, I want to shred for the next 12 weeks and I just want to start
taking whatever it is. And so I'm not going to jump into that too much today. I'll save that
for another video with some deeper research and deeper thoughts. But I'm just really noticing
so many people, unfortunately, are going to be at a point where they don't truly learn how to
actually sustainably see results. And myself, as an example, I've been working out for 12 plus years
now, probably closer to about, honestly, 15 years, actually. So we've been coaching 11 years. I waited
a few years to start until I feel like I could actually help people and then began coaching.
And I just genuinely made it fit my lifestyle. I don't go on crazy long runs. And I have done that,
by the way, but to me, it's easy. I get some good workouts in. It's not perfect. I don't spend hours
in the gym. I just go for some walks with my dog. I try to eat relatively healthy. Right now,
I'm just having a nice protein shake to help fill me up. It doesn't need to be this drastic thing.
And I find so many people make it seem that way. They need to take this supplement and this thing
and this pill and inject this. And then there's just so much of that stuff going on where everyone
just feels like they need to start doing all this because that's what everyone's talking about.
And once again, I'll save that for another day. But at the same time, it's just simply
taking that longer approach where you actually generally learn your hunger signaling. You learn
how to properly integrate protein into your day. It's a lot of the boring stuff, but to me,
that is what is the difference maker of my client who has lost a hundred pounds and kept it off
versus someone who is in such a rush to do it and is feeling like a failure because they have
tried so many different times. And it's just kind of getting to a point where it's just crazy.
I honestly really recommend slow down. Don't rush the process. Take your time to learn.
My transformations within my clients and why they succeed long-term is because
we focus on habit building, because we focus on creating a new identity, because we focus on
learning about macros. And so when someone goes into a grocery store or learns a social setting,
an environment, like how to make a good decision and fit stuff in and have a flexible diet,
they're able to learn along the way. And sometimes it can be a bit slower. Don't get me wrong.
I've had people in 90 days lose 30 pounds. I've had some people lose
five to six pounds, but then go on to speed up the next three months because they've learned all
this. And what I'm trying to get at is it's just everything people want right now, it needs to be
quick. If you were to place an order on Amazon right now and it says, Hey, you know what? It's
going to come in two days. You're like, why? What happened? What's going on? We want it either today
or we want it first thing in the morning. Same with food delivery. We're in a very weird point
where people want things super quick and it's just getting tough. And that brings me to another point
is as I was talking about the information overload and how many resources we have,
I just think it's crazy how we are at a point in our life right now where we have so many resources
available. If you were to look back 10 to 15, let's say 15 years ago, uh, when I was like first
starting out, there were barely YouTube videos. There were barely foreign videos. Now we have
170 foreign videos on our channel. You can learn literally everything. You have apps right now that
will track everything, your habits, your sleep, um, your food. Uh, obviously you have to put that
in even there's AI tracking apps, which is crazy to me, uh, within scanning your food. I don't
believe those are fully accurate. That's another story for another day, but there's so many
resources out there. So on one end, when you list out every positive resource and thing available,
that's going to help you out. Um, obviously chat GBT, or I guess there's better AIs out there,
Claude, all that other stuff, but just as many of those positive resources that can help you.
There's also negative resources. There is more temptation than ever. Marketing is absolutely
crazy these days. Like the budget of some of these companies is absolutely insane. When you
go into a gas station, there are so many different things perfectly placed. They know exactly what
you're thinking, uh, how you're feeling the time of day you're going in. Like these companies and
everything they're doing is so amazing. And even when you think about it, all these fast food
chains, they're literally real estate companies. They know that the McDonald's that they're putting
their, their, uh, their place in, um, their, their McDonald's in, they know exactly what they're
doing to get you to stop, right? Like the marketing budgets of every, uh, company out there, it is
crazy. And it's just getting more wild. Um, the amount of things we can order at our fingertips
as well. So the point is that things are getting easier and they should be. And to be honest, like
if we were to be able to take a look at the obesity rates and how many people are just becoming
healthier, like we should see a drastic increase in that with the resources. But at the same time,
there are just as many temptations with the things that we can place an order for within a second
with the places we can stop with how great tasting some of these companies are making the, um, the
food, right? Like they're adding all these different things in to make it just absolutely
amazing. That's obviously not new, but my point is I just really feel like to be healthy and to
just become better, we need to zoom out. We need to slow down a bit. We need an approach that is
actually sustainable and be able to fit in a donut, right? Like that's something I really kind
of one dimension is kind of their approach, which is flexible dieting, especially with all these
temptations out there. It's very important to be able to still live a healthy lifestyle,
fit fun foods in, still be able to travel, still have a social life and really just have the right
approach. And I think we're at a really interesting point where a lot of people think they need more
resources, but they just need more discipline, right? They need some more accountability. And
this is kind of like the final thing, as I'm ranting on a bunch of different topics and things
that are on the top of my head between obviously let's just say injectables, uh, and then AI, which
is another thing. And I don't want to dive into that too much because some people know my feelings,
especially if you listen to our most recent podcast, I don't think it's the best tool for,
uh, weight loss and for overall success, because it'll only tell you what you want to hear more or
less. And that is completely the truth. Yeah. I'll give you an okay workout routine. It's not going
to hold you accountable. It hasn't gotten that far and it's just not the best, but the missing
puzzle piece is going to be accountability, right? And so this is where if you were to want to see
true change, to see fat loss, to reach your goals, yes, you can search in and get a good starting
point and say, Hey, um, what should my calories be? Give me some meal suggestions. Of course,
we can all get that. We've been able to use Google for many, many years. And that is something that
has always been here for us. And we could always use, but at the same time, most people know what
to do. They just don't do it. And here are two of the best things that you can use to make sure you
have a sustainable weight loss journey, a muscle building phase, whatever it is that you're working
on. Number one is your goals need to mean something to you. They need to be deeply rooted
in what you're doing, especially with all the temptations out there, especially with how hard
it is to actually stay on track, right? When you sit down with yourself and you say, Hey,
for eight to 12 weeks, I'm going to reach this goal. If not, I'm going to have to donate $500
to charity. I don't agree with their like, and I'm going to have to post on my Instagram that I
make it real, right? And this is something I do for myself. And even my clients, we all have
real stakes involved. They're all paying me to become better. They want to get their money's
worth and that's why they succeed, right? The more you pay, the more you pay attention.
And so when it comes down to it, having the real stakes combined with actually sitting down and
saying, why does this mean something to me? It's going to get you to take action. If I want to go
have six donuts and I'm feeling tempted because of all this promoting that's been out there and
everyone is whatever, whatever's going on. And I'm just feeling like that. And I say, you know what,
Kyle, you have goals. Like you said, you were going to lose 15 pounds in the next eight,
let's say 90 days. I'm not going to do it because my goals mean more to me than those temptations,
than those quick fixes and anything at all like that. And the second component of this, of course,
within having deep goals and actually succeeding is having accountability.
And this part is the thing that most people are missing out on because most of you and everybody
I speak to is just like, oh, well, why would I get accountability when my sister's best friend
from high school, uh, put together a workout routine for me and I'm using chat GBT to make
modifications. It's like, no wonder you're not succeeding. And this is the thing I have to have
real talk with so many people who have been trying to do these approaches, who have been
trying to be cheap, who have been trying to use these $29.99 a dollar per month, uh, apps that
just are going to give you a workout routine. And that's it. You need someone who's going to
call you out. You need someone who's going to actually understand your situation,
what you're going through, make adjustments, who's emotionally able to understand that and be able
to help support you and reach out to you and do video check-ins just like what we do.
And honestly, if you want to reach out to us and we'll take care of you, don't like,
that's no problem. I will always be there for you. I offer a guarantee. My results are guaranteed.
And I'm obviously super passionate about this right now because it just, it blows my mind how
many people are struggling, but just get someone to help you out, get someone who is deeply invested,
who will call you out, who will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear
and lean into that, right? It could be someone who you, it just has to be someone you trust.
It has to be someone who will be by your side, who will tell you the hard stuff and who will say,
Hey, listen, you're slacking. You said you were going to count your macros this week.
You haven't done it. Hey, you said you were going to update your spreadsheet. You haven't done it.
You said you were going to get your workouts in. You did two out of five workouts. Hey,
what about your cardio? What about your abs? And this is where obviously, you know,
coach Josh and myself, it's a bit uncomfortable, but we've learned that a lot of people need that
tougher love. They need that tougher support. And that's what we specialize in, right?
So my biggest takeaway is get some accountability. AI will not fix that. Other sources and injectables
and all that other stuff will not fix it. It's going to be a shorter term fix. Yes,
it might help with a couple of different things. Don't get me wrong, but that is not the solution.
You need someone to hold you accountable, to make an actual perfect game plan for you
and someone that genuinely cares. And right now it is a perfect time to jump on board.
Our summer challenge is actually starting May 4th. So it's a great time to jump on board with
our coaching. We have thousands of dollars worth of prizes. You know, we have a guaranteed prize
upon completion. Once you complete it, we have an amazing group and community with daily challenges,
weekly challenges, all that great stuff. And we do have a discounted rate right now as an

because we genuinely care about every single one of our clients and we'll do whatever it takes to
help them succeed. And yeah, we're going to be there for you every single step of the way.
So first link down below, check out that website, spend some time on it. If you have any questions
at all, feel free to let me know. But that is my real talk of the things that have been bottled
up from the top of my head. Obviously fitness right now, we're in a bit of an interesting era.
Like I said, things should be getting better, but they're not. And if to be honest, they're
just actually getting worse. And it's because of all these different tools, it's because of
the lack of like even people investing in themselves. I've just seen so many people
fall off where they said, Hey, I've lost a hundred pounds. Um, and I've seen this. I have
conversations. It's not fun to hear, but I have to tell them, Hey, like we got to fix this. Right.
But people will say, I've lost a hundred pounds. I've done all this stuff and I'm good to go off
on my own. I'm going to use chat to BT. I'm going to use this workout app. And it's like, that's
not, what's actually going to get you to succeed. You need real life. You need real human accountability
from a living human being who understands and can comprehend what you actually need and who has
seen it all. And coach Josh and myself with over 5,500 transformations, we have seen
literally everything. So that is my Ted talk today. Thank you so much. Hopefully this helped
you. My goal is to be fully transparent. My goal is to make more of these videos where I can have
a real talk with you. I can share what's on my mind. I don't have to hold back because truthfully,
I feel like I've been holding back for quite a few years where I, you know, don't say the things
that are actually true to myself and what I actually believe. So I'm going to be doing more
of this stuff. Let me know how you enjoy this. If you made it to the end, you are a real one.
