To truly immerse yourself in life, it's crucial to acknowledge and accept your emotions, understanding that emotions are not you. You can let go of labels like right or wrong, good or bad. Emotions are simply energy, and when you allow yourself to experience them as they arise, the energy flows within you, and the emotions don't need to control you. In this video, I will guide you first to acknowledge your emotions, connect with them, and focus on experiencing them firsthand. Only after you feel the emotion can it flow within you, and only then can you begin to awaken to live more fully.
Once you release the energy of your emotions, you will have time to cultivate gratitude, shifting to a positive energy state to carry with you after this exercise is complete.
