DAY TWO of our Mexico Family Vacay we spent the whole day relaxing at the Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort and Spa.

We started the day by trying a typical Mexican breakfast. After that I went paddle boarding on the pacific ocean. From there we went to lunch and I tried one of the hottest peppers on the planet, a habanero.
Then the team at the resort surprised me with a 80-minute massage. I hadn't had a massage in years and I passed out fast. After that we went to the saltwater lagoon which is amazing! To end our day we had dinner at the Portofino restaurant, the only Italian restaurant on the property.
