TRYING CAJUN SAUSAGE AND BEER | Lafayette, Louisiana
This is my first time trying cajun sausage also known as boudin, and cajun beer!
On day one of my trip to Louisiana with Tabasco, we flew from Miami to Lafayette via Dallas and headed straight to Bayou Teche Brewery Co.
When we arrived Karlos the owner welcomed us with boudin which is cajun sausage and it means pudding! After that we took a tour of the brewery, tried a dozen delicous cajun beers and flew the drone.
To end the long day we headed to dinner at Dark Roux, also known as the best restaurant in Lafayette. We tried four different dishes that had tabasco infused in them. They were all delicious!
