SVALBARD: First Sun After 4 Months of Darkness (Arctic Winter)

In this video, I see the sun for the first time after months of polar night here on Svalbard. During the winter, we live in complete darkness, so when the Sun finally returns, it always feels like pure magic. At the same time, both the body and the mind need a little time to adjust again to the light.
Out here in the Arctic, I’ll also show you some of the incredible wildlife including seals that you can spot just a few kilometers from home. It’s something I never get used to… witnessing this landscape and these moments is always magical.
