Uogō Castle was formerly known as Higashi-cho Castle and is the only flatland mountain castle in Hita City.
Located at the edge of Funatsu, the urban area of Kaminokō,

According to tradition, around 1564,
When Takeda's forces from across the sea launched their invasion of Hita,

It is said that the city of Kanamori later carried out renovations.
Details are unclear.
However, through excavation surveys, Kishinaga
It has been discovered that it was abolished in the first half of the 16th century.
Therefore, after the abolition of Shimojima, as the successor to Motoori's lineage,

Although the surrounding area of the main section is now mostly residential.
The shape of the car has not changed from before the maintenance.
It is also evident from old maps and pre-modernization drawings.
The current store owner is the Mitsui Mining & Metals Co., Ltd., established in 1970.

The stones are also stacked at that time,
In old maps and drawings prior to improvement,
The area where the current shopkeeper is located is now reinforced with stone walls.
Possibilities also exist of there having been baking soda and a sake brewery.
At the same location where the city once functioned
Uegō Castle, from which you can overlook the former town of Jōge.
Along with Kaminokō, it continues to live quietly even today.
