Crispy SUPER DOSA!! 9 Indian Dishes in Miami, Florida!!

I’m obsessed with Indian food, and when I found out about Ayesha Fine Dining in Midtown Miami, I knew I had to bring my dad along for the ultimate Indian food adventure. Located in one of Miami’s trendiest new areas, this restaurant is part of the Ayesha Restaurant Group, known for authentic Indian cuisine across South Florida.

We kicked things off with hot Bombay Chai, rich with cardamom and ginger, followed by a massive two-foot-long Super Dosa served with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, and flavorful sambar. Then we dug into crispy Pani Puri with mint and tamarind water, a burst of spice, crunch, and sweetness in one bite.

I also introduced my dad to southern Indian classics like vada and idli, along with Marbar Beef and Marbar Fish from Kerala, both packed with authentic coastal flavors. The Chicken Chettinad blew us away with its spicy, yogurt-based curry, and the Uttapam was the perfect comfort dish to end on before diving into sweet, warm carrot cake.
