Campfire dutch oven pizza at turquoise lake/ Solo female traveler

Hey guys! We are in this gorgeous location. Look at the color of the lake. I don't know if you can see properly but it's gorgeous here. I arrived this morning. I was supposed to go a little bit further to the next town and I just drove in front of the lake and there's so many nice spots around the lake but I needed some cell reception so I drove a little bit further and just around the corner we got some cell reception and I just pulled in this one. It is like a free recreational site. I'm not alone here unfortunately but we do have a little private beach. Want to show them the beach? Let's go. I'm gonna show them the beach. We have all this ground here just for us. So we have two choice for the fire. We can have one here right at the lake or the other one is right beside my bed. So I decided to make the fire in the bottom here because it was a little bit windy on top. So the fire is going in the bottom there. I make it really small because it's hard to get windy and I just want to prep my dinner. I've been waiting all day to... you have like pretty much flour bag in front of your face. Yeah I've been waiting all day to... I didn't eat so much so I could have like a nice dinner. So we are making a pizza on a Dutch oven. It's been a while that I'm thinking about it. We'll see. We'll see if that's gonna work. I don't know. So I just took a recipe online. I'm gonna follow this. Nothing special. Warm water, flour, yeast and olive oil type of thing and put all this together and yeah it should be... hopefully it's gonna be good. All right so I have the dry ingredient here. I have the yeast. It's done now. So I'm gonna put that there. All right so I have dough right there. I'm gonna put something, a parchment paper. I'm gonna put the plastic film on top and let that rise for around half an hour. So the dough is almost good to go. Almost double its size. I'm just gonna pre-cook the plant-based sausage and I'm gonna chop the rest of the vegetable. I have some mushroom that I'm gonna put. Unfortunately I don't have any bell pepper. Because I didn't really plan on doing this. But we're gonna make it happen and I have some plant-based cheese as well. So I'm gonna prep everything and we should be good to put everything together. All right this double size. First part seems to be all right. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do though. I forgot. I didn't make the recipe. Oh it's stretched. Okay what I'm supposed to do now? I'm supposed to stretch it or I'm just supposed to... I'm not gonna play too much with it I guess. All right so first part done. I'm pizza dough in the bottom here. So I'm just gonna layer everything. A little bit of pizza sauce. Not too much. And we're gonna put that on the stove outside after that. Oh it burned on one side a little bit. I think I think the parchment paper was a bad idea though. Guys a little bit burned on this side. It's still gonna be good I'm sure. Oh my god. It's not bad guys. A little little bit. And I knew that the cheese because it's a plant-based cheese. Especially this cheese doesn't really melt. But I'm so happy. And underneath it's perfect. That was so good guys. I'm so happy. I've been like thinking about my Dutch oven pizza for the whole summer. But because I wasn't allowed to make campfire that time. I was just like waiting and waiting. So turned out to be really good. The only thing that would change probably is to try to find another cheese that will melt. I really like the... I think it's called Vivo Life the plant-based. So may try next time with this plant-based cheese instead. But other than that it was really good. I'm gonna clean a little bit my dishes and my stuff and enjoy the rest of the evening by the fire I think. All right guys I'm gonna enjoy this and I guess I'm gonna see you tomorrow morning. Good morning everyone. It's been so windy. It's crazy. I thought for sure that you know wake up have a cup of tea go outside enjoying the sunrise. No it is crazy windy. The van just been shaking all night long. So I've been awake for a little bit. So we're gonna drive and I think I'm gonna let you with the drive this morning. Because in the next time I just have to do laundry and upload videos and things like this. So I'm gonna let you with the drive and I hope you enjoyed this gorgeous place.
