Then, we found NYC’s most famous dosa cart, NY Dosas, where we tried crispy dosas with coconut chutney and sambar. Finally, we hit up Ambo for a loaded Indian bowl with black dal, aloo, and mango pickle chutney—the ultimate fusion of flavors!
